I love all Marcella’s designs. Wish I could have them all even though I do have a few. If ever there is a need for customer service help they are right on it and solve the problem expeditiously. I only wish their store was closer to me here in Canada. ❤️

I ordered a dress & two tops about 3 weeks ago. One of the tops appears to have been shipped a few days after the order was placed, but I never received it. The USPS tracking number provided says USPS is awaiting receipt of the item, so the label was just printed but no package shipped. The other two garments are still in the “processing” stage, and I’ve only received an email saying they will be shipping soon. The company has no phone number to call & I’ve gotten no response to my email asking for help either. The company clearly has major logistics & customer service issues. It’s also ridiculous that you must pay extra to ensure they will ship your items to you. I will never purchase from this company again unless I hear that they have completely revamped their procedures.

I love the quality and style. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

easy ordering and the most beautiful products the material is perfection with stretch that doesnt bag snaps right back ..have ordered many tops and a dress all black jersey and are exquisite even after laundering ,,

I’ve been a customer of Marcella for many years and have always given them top reviews.
However, there was a major shift this year. The clothes I ordered, which used to be well-made and with quality materials, were all so cheap. Very thin materials, crafting that is so-so, but all at premium prices.
I’m hoping that this is just a bad year, but they didn’t seem to be concerned when I emailed them.

I was willing to overlook their terrible website design (you can’t favorite anything, you cannot sort by size or if it is in-stock, which is ridiculous), you can’t see your past purchases, and their rewards program is useless unless you’re purchasing hundreds of dollars of clothes every quarter.

This was my number one clothing line, but I’m afraid I just can’t justify the cost for what is essentially cheap clothing and a hostile buying experience anymore.
It’s really sad.

I wish I could rate zero stars. Ordered a month ago - big order, ~$600. Two weeks later only a couple of items had shipped (also - quality was terrible - ended up returning them). I also asked that they cancel the remainder of my order, because it would not arrive in time for what I needed it for. I was told it was already "processing" and could not be cancelled, I'd have to wait to receive and then return it. TEN DAYS LATER I still didn't have tracking info, and they still claimed it was too late to cancel, despite the fact that it was in their possession. It finally shipped, arrived (a month after I ordered it, and TWO FULL WEEKS after they said it was "too late to cancel.") Now they want to charge me $10 return fee, and one item was "final sale" so can't be returned. They had $600 of mine for a month, for absolutely nothing, and now are trying to keep ~$50 of it. I've asked to escalate because that isn't happening. If I have to do a credit card chargeback I will, but that will come with a lot of social media blasting. BOTTOM LINE: Steer clear at all costs.

I ordered May 4th and still have not received my items almost a month later with nothing stating that it has shipped. I contacted customer service to cancel my order but was told I can not and must wait to receive the order to then return it. Orders should not take this long and customers should have to right to cancel an order that has not yet been sent out.

I recently purchased the Zinnea dress which was much higher quality than expected for the price.Needed to swap it out for another size, customer service was swift and responsive. Will definitely shop here again.

I placed an order and have not received it!!! Very frustrating! The only response I am given is from a bot. I was looking forward to trying this brand. I am beyond disappointed.

My order got lost somehow in transit and never got delivered. The customer service rep I was in contact with went above and beyond and truly spent a lot of time investigating while emailing me daily keeping me in the loop.
She arranged for me have a new order sent free of charge (it’s so worth it to have package insurance). I finally received my item and am thrilled as I always am with Marcello purchases. Bravo Marcello!

Love the styles and quality. A little pricey but discount codes are appreciated and motivate me to purchase.

I Love this brand and the clothing they make! I will keep coming back to Marcellanyc. The quality is amazing!!!

Great quality clothing that is well thought out, interesting designs, has an edge, and gives back by partnership with an NGO to help girls in poverty. It is ethical, sustainable and the clothes are gorgeous. I wish they had a physical store here in NYC where they are based, however, their size guides are very helpful and so I haven't had to return anything yet. They also offer rewards which is super.

At this point much of my closet is made up of MarcellaNYC clothing. It's flattering, comfortable, and of good quality. The online shopping experience is easy and I like their mission to pay for girls attending school.

I have shopped w/ Marcella since they first launched. I highly recommend! Items are lovely, unique and versatile. I feel amazing wearing them. I do believe they are a bit over priced in most instances, but I love the items so I still highly recommend, I jst purchase less than I would if the items were priced more appropriately. Even on sale they are over priced. The styles are so lovely but a spandex top for example, should not be priced as they do. The prices are a bit much.

I have been happy with the quality of fabrics and construction of the clothing I've bought from Marcella. The returns process is easy.

I love that Marcella uses a models across the size range and that they include the models' measurements on the website. It truly makes shopping easier.

The dress I received was well made. The rayon jersey has a lovely hand, drapes well, and the fit is good. I received the dress in a timely fashion and I'll definitely order again as I love many of the styles Marcella makes.

Excellent quality product very fashionable and I have received several compliments from others about how great I look in the pieces I purchased.
