Ordered around 10 boxes for me and friends. Took really long to deliver, once arrived, we noticed that there was a production error with one of the boxes. I send pictures and they acknowledged the fault, they apologized and promised to send a new one.

I first let them know 10-11-2025. They said they would send a replacement within 14 days. Weeks passed and I sent them an email again, they apologized again and said they overlooked my email. Now they do not respond to my emails anymore and no new box or money back.

They look sick and seem well built 🫶🏻

Bought three for our son, one does not light up. The return process has been a nightmare. It's not as simple as emailing them and letting them know the box won't light up. They wanted video proof of me trying to turn the unit on. I sent two videos. One with the USB plugged in, and the other with the batteries. Was that enough? Nope, next email would like us to make sure the plug for the USB is securely inserted and that the outlet we used is working properly. Joke of a company. Not sure I'll ever see a replacement. Buyer beware.

I had an awful experience with this company. I ordered an item on 7 December, which was delayed in postage, and when it finally arrived on 17 December, the power cable was missing. From that day, their customer service was unprofessional and frustrating: emails went unanswered for weeks, some bounced back (I was blocked??), and I had to repeatedly explain the issue and provide evidence. There were significant delays between my responses and any action on their part, and even after nearly a month, I still have not received a proper apology. This was meant to be a 30th birthday gift, and the whole experience was stressful and inconvenient. They only acted after I threatened a credit card dispute. I would not recommend this company — their communication and customer service are appalling.

Order was "delivered" a full week late from expected delivery. Except the order never arrived. They then expected me to write a hand note and send a picture of my ID as "proof" I did not receive my purchased product. I just want my money back and nothing to do with this awful company.

Ordered 13th December. All over the website it said ‘guaranteed delivery before Christmas’. My order was delivered on 29th December so useless now as the only reason I ordered was to gift them for Christmas. Contacted customer service regarding this and they only sent me the shipping link from China which I already had and was tracking, they didn’t address the issue of it being late and not arriving on time for Christmas like their website promised! Light boxes are okay but are cheaply made/overpriced. I would suggest only buying when they are on sale and if you don’t mind waiting a long time for delivery.

Do not trust this product or company I sent several emails about a faulty product with no reply.. the light in the light box is NOT coloured and rather you get the colour from whatever plastic sheeting they put over the light. It's a terrible effect and underwhelming. Also the box it self is cheaply made and mangasekaishop don't manufacture these items please be aware

Ordered on 12th Dec for Christmas delivery. Parcel arrived on 29th. No reply from customer service.

This is not a UK ship with stock in the UK. This is a dropshipping company who will take your order and then pass it on to China based operations. You may as well order direct from AliExpress/Temu (all the products are on there and way way cheaper). I only used MSS as I thought they'd already sourced stock and could meet delivery deadline.

Items arrived late, but that's because shipped from China.

I ordered 3 boxes from this company on 12/9/25. They promised shipment/delivery in 8-12 days. Knowing this was during Xmas rush I expected a delay. However all my emails asking for a status update are returned as undeliverable. DO NOT ORDER from this site. It’s a scam!
