Took my money Dec 9. Lost in customs transit, missed christmas. One email apologized, all follow ups go to a dead letter box. Company seems out of business. Need to reverse the charge now, left me without gifts to give on christmas. Also, falsely advertise they ship from Monbello California when in fact its probably somewhere in mainland china.

Update. Non of the wires are working and when i put rechargeable batteries in them. They don't even last for more than 1 hr. Feels like such a waste of money.
First off. The boxes are nice. But i got 5 boxes and 3 of the 5 wires were not working. And one of the boxes came with the image bent. I tried to emal them but mailerdemon returned my email. I wish i could gice them better stars. But their quality control is awful

Got what we ordered and came in a good amount of time. Missed Christmas by 4 days but still arrived in good condition.

There is a wide selection of characters to choose from. It was easy to order and considering where it ships from, I recieved my order fairly quickly.

No product, no communication. $114 order placed on Dec 8. Order has been "on its way" in transit since Dec 17, but stuck in "import customs inspection status" since Dec 22. All emails to the Manga Sekai Shop are returned as undeliverable. I've submitted two "get in touch" inquiries through the Manga Sekai website that have no response. The product links in the "Track your Order page" now go to page not found. There appears to be no way to communicate with the company. What is my recourse? Manga Sekai, please respond to this!

Long delivery time and delivery status was hard to understand. But product was awesome and came in great shape. Love them!

My son is very into anime and when I saw these I just couldn’t resist! I received them today and they are so beautiful. They are everything I imagined and more. I can’t wait to give these to him because he will absolutely love them. Great designs and what you see is what you get. I highly recommend this company and their products!!

SCAMMERS!!
All was good up until receipt of my delivery (I was concerned it would be late and customer support replied straight away)
However some arrived broken and daughter wants different characters but emails are now bouncing back so I am stuck. I don’t know if they have blocked people after the 24th December to avoid taking refunds or something like that, but it is pitiful and VERY dishonest. It will not stop here, I am not having this as I spent a lot of money on these so I will want to return them all now.

I purchased an item from this website, it eventually turned up (later than the specified delivery timeframe), but the item was damaged. Granted, only superficially but this was a Christmas present so I was disappointed to see it was faulty (the frame was chipped). I emailed them requesting a partial refund and they replied many days later not really offering any support and so I replied again requesting a refund of my delivery fee at the very least. Now it seems they’ve blocked me from sending them emails, as my emails are coming up undeliverable! They’ve also removed the product from their website which suggests to me they’re not legitimate. Be careful!
