The company was very good

The company was very good at communicating with myself as my first order did not arrive in December 2025. They sent me a new one out but this did take some time it arrived today 9th February 2026. Product seems good my son loved it as It was a birthday present for him in December. The only thing I need to say is that the company needs to think about using a different courier company as evri is the one they use for the UK and that is not a very good service to use.

Deceptive

I ordered 2 light boxes from this place and I never received them. I contacted customer service multiple times and they continue to say they are looking into it. They claimed to have the incorrect mailing address which is not true because I receive other mail at my address and I sent them my address again. They sent an email stating that it has been shipped out with a tracking number and all the tracking says is processed by shipper. It has not been picked up yet. Do not buy from Manga Sekai.

Peak manga

I was given three light boxes for christmas. They light up my manga collection and look cool. I want to buy more for my bookshelves.

Horrible Customer Service

I really wish I could give more stars but the customer service is horrible. I received 2 awesome boxes and 1 unfinished partially assembled box. I've been trying to get a refund or replacement for over a month and keep getting the run around. Basically if they get your order right it's great but if you need a refund or return it's impossible.
