Communication is kinda difficult. The website says they have live chat but it does not. I paid extra for expedited shipping and it was pointless i paid for it on the 14th and it was delivered on the 9th (almost a month later). My package said the address was incorrect but (it wasn’t) i tried contacting the carrier the email said UPS but when i called they said they don’t have my tracking. I even tried FedEx and usps and still nothing nobody could tell me they had my package.. randomly l got the package thank goodness! Thank you!

The light boxes we received are fantastic but I removed one star because it took over a month to arrive which was anxiety inducing. Great product tho!!!

Ordered product and received a light box not put together correctly. Emailed them just wanting a replacement. They told me absolutely. Never received replacement. Emailed them again and was told don’t worry they would just refund me some money. That’s fine…ha never received that either. Then emailed them to get this response…

Olá, fiz a compra de 2 light box + 1 de brinde no site, o método foi feito usando pix e no site não foi concluído o pagamento, mas no meu banco foi descontado o valor, tenho comprovante de pagamento e ID de transição, eu mandei 3 emails no suporte porem ninguém me responde, isso ja faz mais de uma semana

Realizei uma compra na mangasekai brasileira. Fiz a compra de 3 boxes + 1 quadro, deu 94 reais, já começou errado porque no cartão era o dobro do preço, mas beleza, paguei no Pix via mercado pago, e quando volto pro site meu carrinho ainda tá cheio, não me deram número de entrega nem da, e foi debitado no Pix já.

Falaram que em 48 horas teria um e-mail pra mim mas não chegou nada.

I made a purchase on the Brazilian Mangasekai website. I bought three boxes and one frame for 94 reais. It started off badly because the card was charged double the price, but okay, I paid via Pix through Mercado Pago, and when I returned to the website, my cart was still full. They didn't give me a delivery number or anything, and it was already debited from Pix.

They said I would receive an email within 48 hours, but nothing arrived.

My boys loved their light boxes. It was one of their Christmas gifts. Thank you!

Such a cool product and light

It took 4 months to get what I ordered. I had put my ordered in on October thinking I would get my ordered for Xmas. As my two grandson wanted them as a Xmas present. I continued to email Manga and was told my parcel was coming. As I keep messaging Manga every week they said they has lost my ordered. After three months it was only when another Customer Service person got in touch with me that they found my ordered. Within 2 weeks I had my parcel delivered.

Love the designs just wish you dint have to plug it in all the time to work it
