M&S Opticians Arvostelua 

I recently had cataract surgery at Optegra, Kings Hill and needed to have my post-op assessment. Optegra informed me that M&S opticians, Bluewater were not on the NHS post-operative scheme and I would have to go to Boots. I spoke to Vicky , a consequence of which Thania applied and was accepted by Optegra and my assessment took place on Monday. So, big thanks to Thania and to Vicky for keeping me updated throughout the process. What fantastic service!!!! Also, thanks to Queenie for her patience and guidance when choosing new reading glasses. All the staff here are welcoming and friendly and can't recommend them enough. Exceptional service.

Excellent customer service through care and attention to detail from reception, to testing and fitting. This includes both for glasses and hearing aids for myself and wife respectively.Highly recommend.

My wife went for eye test and bought one pair of reading glasses plus a pair of prescription sun glasses. She told them at the time of being measured I didn't like too dark glass. Was told by the lady working there that " these are prescribed sunglasses and you'll be fine". When they were ready for picking up she explained to her that they were too dark. Was told to try them and get used to wearing them. She couldn't wear them very many times in the month you get for the guarantee. Some weeks later maybe six or seven weeks after paying for them she was wearing them in Otley town centre when she had an accident because she fell over onto the path and broke the glasses ( besides injuring her face, hands and knees). Luckily there were people about including a doctor who managed to stem the bleeding.
Took the glasses back to the Harrogate store and explained the circumstances of her predicament. Was told your guarantee had run out and if she wanted could buy another set of frames. Considering both myself and her bought glasses at the same time and payed £450 between us we both thought a little more compassion towards myself was warranted. Really disappointed and will take our trade elsewhere in future.

I had an excellent experience at M&S Opticians in Canterbury. Every one, especially Sophie, was polite, friendly and helpful. I did not have any problem with my glasses.
I would recommend M&S Opticians to my friend.

Very friendly staff. Eye test very thorough and everything explained clearly. I felt totally at ease.

I did not purchase new glasses as cost was very high for my needs. If prices were more competitive I would definitely buy from M&S.

I visited M&S in Milton Keynes in order to buy some hearing aids. The environment was clean and tidy.

Each member of I came into contact with, were welcoming, helpful and professional. They were all knowledgeable and gave me as much help as I needed.

I bought two pairs of glasses and my first pair of hearing aids. When having all the explanations about how hearing aids work, I didn’t feel rushed at all.

My experience at the Norwich branch was absolutely brilliant. The branch was recommended by a friend who thought it would provide a much better service than I had been experiencing at Specsavers over the past few years. She was absolutely right!
The optician,Hamesh Patel, was calm, clear and professional as was the staff-member who welcomed me and carried out the initial. I found this level of care and attention really refreshing and left feeling reassured that my eye-health was being taken seriously.

It is so easy to book an appointment before arriving at
M&S Opticians and there is no long wait as in other opticians I shall not name. Everything is handled so well
and in a friendly manner at the Exeter branch. My wife is also a customer.
