Yrityksen kirjoittama
Mall Music is a family-owned Australian music store that has been helping musicians for over 45 years. Based in Sydney’s Northern Beaches at Westfield Warringah Mall, we specialise in musical instruments, digital pianos, guitars, drums, school band instruments, pro audio, sheet music, accessories, and expert advice for musicians of all levels. Originally established in 1977 and independently operated by the same family since 1982, Mall Music has grown from a small local music shop into one of Sydney’s most recognised independent music retailers. While the industry has changed dramatically over the years, our focus has remained the same — genuine customer service, knowledgeable staff, and helping people enjoy music. Many of our customers first visited us as children and now return with families of their own. We work closely with local schools, music programs, tutors, churches, live performers, and recording musicians throughout Sydney and across Australia. Whether someone is buying their very first keyboard, upgrading to a professional digital piano, setting up a home studio, repairing a guitar, or finding the right instrument for school band, our team takes pride in offering practical advice and real support before and after the sale. Unlike large online marketplaces, we believe a music store should still feel personal. Our staff are musicians, parents, performers, technicians, and long-time music lovers who genuinely care about helping customers choose the right gear for their needs and budget. Today, Mall Music continues to serve customers both in-store and online Australia-wide, with a strong focus on fast shipping, careful packaging, honest communication, and long-term customer relationships. Thank you for supporting independent Australian music retail.

Item on stock, friendly staff, price match
My item was on stock, the staff were super friendly and helpful, and they also did a price match on the item which was on sale elsewhere. Top rating!

Great Service.
What made it great was I was greeted as soon as I entered the shop. I stated my name and the person remembered that I had enquired previously about acoustic guitars. I was shown the guitars and was allowed to play them to see which guitar was suitable for me. The chit chat during the process of purchasing the guitar was pleasant and courteous. I couldn’t rate the customer service highly enough.

Thank you for your prompt delivery and excellent customer service. I have only placed a 4 star due to the excessive plastic packaging for delivery that was unnecessary.
I will continue to shop with mall music, but I will avoid the delivery service.

Hi Claire,
I'm really glad you mentioned packaging as it gives us the opportunity to share our commitment to both customer satisfaction AND minimising our impact on the planet. At Mall Music, we aim to reduce the amount of single use packaging as much as possible. We collect packaging materials from orders received to our stores from our suppliers and then reuse them to protect customer orders. By doing so, we are able to secure your order and recycle materials that would otherwise only have a single use.
We believe there is always room for improvement, and your feedback motivates us to push even harder towards our sustainability goals. If you have any further suggestions or ideas on how we can improve our practices, we would love to hear from you. Please contact simone@mallmusic.com.au if you would like to share your experience further.
Thank you for choosing to support Mall Music. I hope knowing more details about our policy encourages you to continue to shop both online, but we are also more than happy to serve you in-store.
Thank you again,
Mall Music Team
