Yrityksen kirjoittama
Mall Music is a family-owned Australian music store that has been helping musicians for over 45 years. Based in Sydney’s Northern Beaches at Westfield Warringah Mall, we specialise in musical instruments, digital pianos, guitars, drums, school band instruments, pro audio, sheet music, accessories, and expert advice for musicians of all levels. Originally established in 1977 and independently operated by the same family since 1982, Mall Music has grown from a small local music shop into one of Sydney’s most recognised independent music retailers. While the industry has changed dramatically over the years, our focus has remained the same — genuine customer service, knowledgeable staff, and helping people enjoy music. Many of our customers first visited us as children and now return with families of their own. We work closely with local schools, music programs, tutors, churches, live performers, and recording musicians throughout Sydney and across Australia. Whether someone is buying their very first keyboard, upgrading to a professional digital piano, setting up a home studio, repairing a guitar, or finding the right instrument for school band, our team takes pride in offering practical advice and real support before and after the sale. Unlike large online marketplaces, we believe a music store should still feel personal. Our staff are musicians, parents, performers, technicians, and long-time music lovers who genuinely care about helping customers choose the right gear for their needs and budget. Today, Mall Music continues to serve customers both in-store and online Australia-wide, with a strong focus on fast shipping, careful packaging, honest communication, and long-term customer relationships. Thank you for supporting independent Australian music retail.

Vastaus yritykseltä Mall Music
Dear Virginia,
Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent order's shipping. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience. Our goal at Mall Music is customer satisfaction, and we assure you it's not our intention to inconvenience our valued patrons.
Upon investigation, we found an error at the Australia Post counter. The staff processed your order as a large letter, a rate not available in our online shipping system. We would never knowingly book a shipment on a cheaper service than what you paid. We will promptly refund the difference between the charged and paid shipping costs.
We assure you your experience is unusual and not reflective of our standard service. We are an Australian company, operated by myself and my parents, and we have dedicated our lives to providing the best service possible to bring music into your home. Shipping rates are determined by our shipping partners based on volume and destination, and we have taken internal measures to ensure this doesn't happen again.
Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to serving you better in the future.
Kind regards,
Simone | Mall Music
Fess the best.
Went into Mall Music today to have a new volume pot put into my Strat guitar. Old mate Fess, the best guitar tech out there, took it and not only did he fix the problem, he put in new vintage pick ups that make it sound incredible. It's never sounded like this before. He also reseated the neck to make the guitar sustain better and put in a whammy bar. All this done expertly for a reasonable price. What a legend. Thanks from Alan Matthews.

Mall Music need to get a new courier
Mall Music need to get a new courier... anyone using Couriers Please is doing a disservice to their customer. Took almost a week for my item to arrive when express shipping was paid for.
Mall Music were great when I rang them, but the couriers they choose to use reflect on them as a business, hence the lower score.
