Based in Sydney’s Northern Beaches at Westfield Warringah Mall, we specialise in musical instruments, digital pianos, guitars, drums, school band instruments, pro audio, sheet music, accessories, and expert advice for musicians of all levels. Originally established in 1977 and independently operated by the same family since 1982, Mall Music has grown from a small local music shop into one of Sydney’s most recognised independent music retailers. We found that the weight listed for one of the cables was incorrect, which pushed the parcel into a higher Australia Post weight band. We’re sorry we missed this. We’ve corrected the listing and will process a refund for the discepency.

I had to buy a new mixer on short notice. Simone at Mall Music was especially helpful - she had the model I wanted in stock, we arranged payment and pickup which all happened in time for an important show, and the mixer (a Mackie Onyx12) performed perfectly. It's a nice mixer to use and sounds good.

The communication has been really great. I ordered a Roland drum mesh head however it came damaged due to mishandling of the shipping company. I emailed them regarding the mishaps. Simone quickly looked into the issue and provided a return label. I got my refund as soon as they received the returned mesh head.

This order was dispatched via Australia Post on 1 December and was available for collection on the 3rd December, after delivery was attempted early that day.
