I have experienced one of the best customer supports, Make.com support helps you navigate on the site and they are willing to solve any operational or subscription related problems.
Their services are excellent, easy to use, which enables you to let your creativity go and create extraordinary things you need in your company

coming from someone who has used BOTH zapier and pabbly, although the interface looks nice, it is IMPOSSSIBLE to get anything to work.

I tried converting images to pdfs, even sending a damn email and ALWAYS get error messages even though the webhook successfully captures the data.

"missing file url" - its LITERALLY RIGHT IN THE FIELD.

What an absolute joke with user friendliness and a waste of time.

I’ve been using Make.com for a few months. While it’s flexible and great for automations, the steep learning curve and occasional glitches made it frustrating at times. It’s powerful but not very beginner-friendly.

Terrible platform and customer experience. I have been using Zapier for a while now and make.com is just a more complex and frustrating version of it. Customer service is of no help, I asked them several times for a simple issue and I was passed around and asked about what the issue was over and over again. Also, it requires to keep signing up and giving authorisation to the app every single time you make a new connection, which is extremely frustrating.

System stopped working after google password change and their support team cant fix it. They don't appear to understand how their system works as they are asking me to do entirely unrelated things with google (that didn't solve the issue). After many days of back and forth we are no closer to a solution than when we started.

Great platform that has recently started spiring out of control. Especially with customer service.

Customer service simply does not respond, for days and in some cases weeks regardless of numerous follow up and tickets. Then 4-5 days later send you an email saying you have not responded to them and they close the ticket, even though I send you multiple emails asking for follow-up and let you know the issue is not being resolved.

Marking this 1 star hoping somebody at make will see this and investigate. Your system is either not receiving messages from customers, or somebody in your Support team is intentionally not doing their job.

Very useful! One of those tools that I never knew I needed.

There's a little of a learning curve with the flow I wanted to create, but the support was helpful.

Cost is also low. Much better than other automation tools as there is a lot of customization available!

Fantastic platform for automation, moved from Zapier and was about a tenth of the price so saved a lot too.

Takes a little getting used to but the same with other platforms, once you know how to use it it's great.

What can I say but thank you.. Your automations, particularly with webhooks which allow my team to do less with it being tied directly into Sazular for eCommerce notifications and printing labels. Glad I took the suggestion and made the move to make. THANK YOU!

I just love how make opperates, I like their UI and those modules style. It is very easy to use and the community is also helpful. I especially love their free plan because that allows us to learn and understand it and then invest on the paid plan.

Great tool were you can do alot of cool stuff with!

They deactivate your automation as soon as it errs. Makes it worthless. Actual error handling is hell.

and then I understand that I need to connect my account around 10-15 times. because i don't get all the details (we talking about basic details like name email phone number of the lead).
All the work start take long long time (work that take 10 minutes take 4 hours).

no one word about checking if everything fix and how they can help.

guys don't even try this even when if you see the cheep price.

better to pay Zapier (40-50$ more) or other different platform. if you use something until now and you want give make.com test because you think its AI or can be better

Great, very powerful tool. Fair pricing, and generous free plan while you're getting started. Could use some better detailed documentation, though that can often be found in YouTube videos

Don't be fooled by the pricing. 1000 operations a month for free, sure - but each time it checks to see if it should run, that counts as an operation! So if you want it to check every 15 minutes, that's 15 * 24 * 31 = approx 3000 operations per month just to get started!

Also, I'm trying to access the android app and the login by scanning a QR code isn't working.... and the support *requires* a screenshot of that!?!?!?

It's a shame as the actual automation seems pretty good, but the overall experience is too painful and expensive, so it's been a collossal waste of time

Make has completely empowered our business to operate as though we have multiple departments with many employees, considering we are a 2 man business. By using Make and the integration with so many other products and services we can now achieve this.

Do not even try this! It is not for unexperienced programmers. You will need a lot of coding knowledge just to even get started. On top of that you will get charged for every little thing you want these bots to do. So when you buy a so called lifetime access from Sintra you will get zero in return. Sintra takes you directly to Make and then you will need a 3rd account on Open AI which charges more money. This is one large money making scam! If you want to speak to somebody actually working for this bunch, just forget about it. Keep far away.
