Fuyez et automatisez vous meme, vous perdez une heure, mais au moins vous avez le controle.

Deployed for our automated booking text notifications. The core workflow capabilities and generous free limits allow for rapid initial deployment, but the platform's UI latency is a constant bottleneck. Mapping data through their native modules and filters is buggy and unnecessarily complicated. It's a functional logic engine for basic routing, but the sluggish interface creates too much friction for a streamlined ops stack.

Perhaps the best workflow automation tool in the market. Very generous free credit limit too. It was a great help in setting up our booking page automated text message notification.

Paid £1 to get info, now this company taking£35 month

It is very complicated to work with. I have very well written prompts for chatbots and they are struggling as well. I worked 6 days on a scenario to create automated pinterest pins from 70 exciting blogs, and I just have to give up. Modules, cursors,. filters... it never works they way you want it.

If you want a service that does what it says, but its slow, takes forever to load and will make your life a bit harder than it should for simple things. make is good, but constantly checking other option Im tired of how slow make is.

Issue with billing process, not support provided, the only message I got is that billing is not refundable even when error was on their platform

They fix the billing issue and give me a refund at the end

Je recommande vraiment Make, simple a prendre en main, avec une interface drag and drop au top ! J'y ai trouvé toutes applis que je peux brancher les unes aux autres pour automatiser les actions entre elles (Google Drive, email, crm, chatgpt...).

I recently had an issue with an accidental annual renewal that I forgot to cancel. I contacted support and Jitka handled my case with incredible speed and empathy. Although their policy is usually non-refundable, they made an exception for me and processed the refund immediately. It’s rare to find this level of human touch in a tech company. 5 stars for Jitka and the Make team!

do not use make - ANYTHING WORTH WHILE BUILDING DO ELSEWHERE DONT WASTE YOUR TIMEIT WILL CRASH LAG AND FREEZE LOSING ALL YOUR PROGRESS.. NEVER AGIN MOVING TO ANOTHER SOFTWARE

You deserve 5 out 5 because it's been pretty smooth for building workflows. Once you get the hang of interface, everything feels flexible. Their cs is responsive too, which helps a lot when you're stuck.

I wish I could give a 0. What a bloated and unintuitive tool, even for technical people. Case sensitivity, code gets messed up, spent 12h trying to connect one scenario, iterator and HTTP. Please stay away

Very nice tool with a lot of integrations – a real time saver. But it’s unfortunate that support is not replying. I had an issue when the system lagged and charged me 5× the credits instead of 1×. I ended up paying five times the amount, and support has never responded (it’s already been 2 months)

The Make.com platform is very powerful. While it is a bit complicated at first (necessarily so to have all the functionality they have), with the help of a good LLM (not the one built in their platform which could be better), I have learned how to use the workflows to to amazing things.

I have created workflows that provide major functions for our business. When I got stuck, their support team was AWESOME.

I highly recommend this platform, but understand that it does take a little effort to learn if you want to do complicated things.

Terrible experience.
Bad user interface, the AI help did not help at all and kept consuming tokens.
I unsubscribed immediately, luckily i did not pay yet.

While this is a powerful platform, they really make it hard for you to unsubscribe. I thought I had unsubscribed at one point but I apparently didn't jump through the "are you absolutely, completely, for real, positively sure, honest to gods, certain that you want to unsubscribe", after jumping through 2 other ones. They start off by asking if you are sure, ask you to give them a reason and preferably write them an essay why you're leaving, then they make sure to have check boxes that are barely visible, checking that you know what you're doing and if you're sure as can be, but yet that is not enough, another almost hidden "yes I am sure, unsubscribe me", then check that you will be in the free category and again confirming. This is simply so dishonest and bad business practice that I will just set up n8n on my local machine or VPS (it's really easy at this point) and do this for free or cheaper than Make.com. If they need to be this petty and dishonest, they don't deserve my business.
