A force de recherche sur internet, j'ai enfin réussi à supprimer mon compte gratuit et toutes mes données. Rien ne m'assure que je ne serai plus démarchée.

I gave MAKE.com a fair chance but there…
I gave MAKE.com a fair chance but there is no real transparency in the debugging and error process. Messages are too vague and generic to be helpful. Having to spend hours debugging Make's date time functions to try and play nicely with Google Sheets is a true nightmare. My prior review was three stars. I'm revising to a single star. Support is delayed and often vague. Documentation is very spotty and unclear at times. These automation platforms should be focused on improving their UI. Make.com really needs to take a lesson in proper UX.

I spent days building a complex automation on Make.com using modules that were available during their free premium trial. At no point was I told that these modules would become unavailable once the trial ended.
Now that everything is set up and ready to run, I am blocked and told I need to pay because one of the modules is classified as Premium Tier 1.
There was no warning, no indication during the setup, and no message when using the module under the trial. I only found out after finishing everything.
This is a very poor and misleading user experience. Letting people build fully functional workflows and then silently locking them behind a paywall is unacceptable. I will leave a negative review and I strongly advise others to be extremely careful when using Make.com during the trial period.
This is not how a transparent platform should operate.
I needed a other engine
I needed a other engine . I had Meikene in Crestwood Illinois to do the job. The engine cost 6000.00.I had to pay 3000.00of that Keep in mind I had insurance that was responsible for paying for the engine. Understood false pretends David said only cost me 2000.00.but hesitately agree next day it get up 3000.00.This did unfathomable work on my car that insurance refuses to pay for IL likely pay for it. The shop keep the total cost from me. But they didn't keep the total cost from the insurance company. Meikene have done nothing to resolve me being over charge. Meikene haven't reached out to bother getting in contact with me. Three time three times this shop try to put a engine with higher mileage in my car to made more off of the situation. To cause more problems for me they put the the engine that they taken from car in my back seat for months to ruin my back seat. Meikene have no problem with their employer destroying person property. stay away from Meikene in Crestwood Illinois. The job was over 105000.00.What rip off

Honestly, tried ith Zapier and it works. It's more expensive and requires some codes, but it's a pro tool. Make.com is just a toy, and a errible time-waster

Make.com is a phenomenal platform but…
Make.com is a phenomenal platform but it is the people who make or break a business. As automation technology make.com has done a great job, but I'm not happy with the way I was treated by customer service lately.
I think it is a great product but the support staff is not helpful at all. Being in business I know the importance of clients, you must adhere to customer satisfaction at all costs, after all why are you taking this survey and why does it matter to you if you don't walk the walk and talk the talk? I got email from Ramparkash B from customer service to my request for a refund of the service and he flat out said that it wasn't the policy of make.com to offer no refunds. I do have an issue with that on two fronts!
1- There must always be option for refund requests, Im well within my right to request a refund if I don't think for whatever reason i change my mind about the service.
2- There should be options offered to clients and not cold canned responses from customers service. I don't think my request was well entertained.
Reason being I think I made a hasty decision to upgrade to 20K operation instead of 10,000 and later realized i didn't need the extra 10K operations. I basically asked them after less than 30 days. I cancelled my plan and asked them for a refund. To which make.com declined. I'm not happy about this.

Terrible product
Terrible product. You build a workflow and test it and each time you run it, you utilise credits. Even contacting support costs you credits! When you utilise them all you need to upgrade to the most expensive plan, even if you've paid for the medium plan. I'm not even a business, I'm a single user building a simple workflow and ran out credits because I was learning how to use make.com. Complete con. Waste of my week spent building it as I can't go any further. Waste of £109

Every time you change your plan (upgrade/downgrade) they bill you. What a joke.
This app is glitchy as hell, and their functions are far from simple to understand and missing so many obvious functionalities. Plus, their mapping instead of selection tool sucks.
Look. I like the app, I use it religiously, but the customer support is what makes me never ever want to recommend this product. Shame on you guys.

Terrible support experience
If you are a beginner don’t waste your time with this software. It is another company that rely on useless AI support.
After multiple attempts to get any response from support I only get warnings that they haven’t received any emails and going to close the ticket. I felt like I was communicating with the wall.
Very sad to see how nice product is about to die due to terrible support.

We did make a couple of edits but once production was over and I paid $750,I was ghosted. Horrible experience with the manager Jackie. I will keep far away from that store!
