I have always found the Marjority company response when I have had queries about its wonderful products. This time was no exception: a quick answer to my queries and competent advice.

My 20 year plus Bose needed replacement and a friend recommended the Majority Quadriga. I did some research and ended up buying one. I was impressed with the quality of the build, the various sound inputs and features, the sound quality just amazing for a compact unit.
Finally I had to contact their support time re an issue setting the clock, which turned out to be my fault for skipping a step in the setup. I sent them an email and got a response in under an hour. Totally unheard of with most companies. I have no hesitation in recommending Majority.

Excellent, expeditious, swift, rapid and prompt service ( including very prompt answers to emails) received from Tech. Support at Majority Audio.
I must say this company deserves all the credit given to it as their service is second to none. I have never come across a service company as efficient, proficient and eager to help as Majority. Well done to all Majority staff involved in resolving my problem to my entire satisfaction. Their customer service is the best I have ever encountered!

Superb customer service. Was unable to source a new cable, so received a replacement DAB radio. The 3 yr extended warranty is priceless.

Fourth radio I've bought from separate to all in radios, majority seems to get it right for the money you will not get better value,or even better sound from more expensive products, great sound great company 😎👍

I recently purchased a Majority Landbeach portable dab speak via Amazon. I am extremely pleased with the sound quality, features and reception of this amazing device, and consider it to be incredible value for money. Shortly before this I also purchased a Majority Oakington Music System which was incredible value and had all the features I needed and was very easy to set up. I always look at Majority products first as they are usually very competitively priced and all of them I have come with 3 year warranty. I also have a Majority Teton Soundbar which is also very impressive. I am very happy with Majority products and their customer service.

I’ve had some contact with Technical Support over a couple of queries and they’ve responded promptly and helped me resolve the issue.

I would definitely recommend them as a brand to use.

I recently purchased a Majority D100X powered bookshelf speaker set and just wanted to mention how good they are for a brand that I haven't heard much about.

I bought the D100X set to replace an old Custom setup I built a few years back using a pair of Kef Q series speakers with M-Audio amps built into the back. They sounded great but the bass was too “boomy” for my next door neighbour.

Anyhow I am finding the D100X a really good replacement. They are smaller and having controls in a user friendly position (on the side) is excellent for me.
The bass is tighter and less aggressive than my previous set-up which I like and keeps my next door neighbour happy too :-)

I mainly use a wired connection to my Mac for playing back music and films generally at a lower volume but also with a DJ controller at louder volumes. Everything has sounded great so far.
The only issue I have found which isn’t a dealbreaker at all is that I have an Audio Technika Soundburger bluetooth record player (which connects easily and reliably every time). The player doesn’t have a gain control so the volume is entirely controlled by the D100X and as there is a step variation on the volume it can be a bit awkward to set the volume at lower levels as there seems to be a jump between the steps. However, I can live with this as everything else is great. Obviously most Bluetooth devices have their own inbuilt volume control so it wouldn't be an issue for a phone, tablet etc.

I’m very impressed with the overall build quality and the finish (I love the silicone feel and the contrasting black and white finish).
I am on a budget so the sound to pound ratio is very important to me and they sound great.

Not that I needed it but a few days after I registered the (3 year) warranty online, the customer support people got in touch to check I was enjoying my purchase and to see if i needed any help ...Pretty much unheard of these days.

I would definitely purchase from Majority audio again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I received the Majority DVD Player about a couple of weeks ago. Firstly, I am very glad that it is a British company with innovative founders and a dedicated team. Looking at their website, there are many other innovative products that are worth considering purchasing. The commercially recorded DVDs that I have played so far all work just fine with excellent picture quality on my 2001 widescreen Philips analogue TV, which is connected to the Majority DVD Player using the three red, white and yellow cables. I particularly like the way the DVD resumes even after turning off the mains for the day, and the next day resuming the movie. This is not enabled on my old 2005 model Panasonic DVD player which still works but the remote control has packed up, and I have been unable to obtain a working remote control replacement. The instruction manual is well laid out and the little remote control is easy to operate. The DVD Player fits in a small space next to my TV set, which is very handy. I had absolutely no trouble connecting and start playing a DVD - it all worked ‘plug and play’! The only DVDs that did not play were the few Panasonic DVD-RAM Rewritable discs used on my old Panasonic DMR-ES10-EB/EBL video player, as I believe additional hardware is required to enable DVD-RAM to be enabled, and the Majority DVD Player sells at a competitive price! I had contacted customer services about my RAM discs, and had received a very quick and to the point reply.
I am very happy with this product and having been acquainted with this innovative and upcoming company!

Bought their Internet DAB module to connect to my stereo, connection was really easy, sound quality and signal excellent, had some issues with the time settings, the help team advised me and it was sorted really quickly. Great company, great support team, great product.

Very happy. Had an issue but with help from the team ,installed firmware upgrade and now all is well.

I bought a Majority soundbar for an extremely good price and wasn’t expecting a lot. It was for a summer house so it didn’t need to be arena quality. But it’s extremely good. Great volume, has base and treble adjustment, reliable Bluetooth connection and it looks great. Very nicely made. Could have even more base thump for my taste but overall, it’s incredibly good value and I love it.

I had an issue with the CD player on my Homerton 2. The customer service did a great job helping me to fix the problem with a software update. Everything is working fine now. Maybe wifi reception could be better. Anyway I'm quite happy with their product and customer service is on top.

Had a problem with music being played from a flash drive, not recognised the drive and not able format to fat32. The problem was windows 10 will not format large drives to far32. So tried a 32mb drive no problem, worked fine. Thanks folks.
