Poor customers service and purchased item not recomended
I purchased a n Oakington CD/Radio player less than 2 years ago after excellent product reviews. However, I can not use the player as I have a constant message on its screen (Awaiting PC wizard....) when bought I took up the offer of the extended 3 year warranty. I have contacted Majority and they have constantly put obstacles in the way of either rectifying the continued error message or honouring the extended warranty saying they cannot find the warranty. I find this unacceptable customers service, and also would not recommend anyone purchasing any items from Majority of they treat customers line this

Dear Gerry, We are sorry to hear about your experience. After reviewing your case, we can confirm that the proof of purchase provided is for an Oakcastle DAB500, not an Oakington radio. They also located a warranty registration form completed in September 2024; however, it was registered under a different product rather than the DAB500, which unfortunately caused some confusion when locating the warranty details. We have also reviewed the communication with our technical support team and can see that the recommended solution was provided despite the registration discrepancy. However, as no reply was received to their last message, they were unable to determine whether the issue had been resolved or whether further assistance was required. A few minutes ago, they sent you an email requesting some additional information to help clarify the registration details. The majority quadriga is excellent
The majority quadriga is an excellent piece of audio.
At 74 had a few issues after set up but the tech support is the v best ever had online: super quick replies & SO patient & understood my age related stuff.
Radio quality is superb as is cd playback. Haven’t investigated podcasts yet or Spotify access. And all for £215.
Had had ruark system but replaced with majority for 1/3 of price.

Excellent support!
I had a problem with my Homerton 2 CD/Radio whereby it wasn't displaying the station names when going through the presets and when playing the station. I completed an on-line contact form and within a few minutes I had a reply offering a number of possible solutions. The first solution offered solved the problem, what excellent service and no need to phone and listen to piped music and go through different options!!!!

Best buy on the net
I stumbled onto the majority Bard on the internet and I was just about going to buy another one for around 100 quid but for a small amount extra I got a bard which is probably the best value for money on the market set up easy sound quality perfect and all round best for internet radio and Spotify. Speakers quality is great.

A Great Product
I've owned my Majority DVD player for slightly longer than a year. It is a fantastic little player, dependable and well constructed, and the price is great. On the two occasions I've had questions, the online staff has been prompt and extremely helpful. If you are looking for a no-frills player that is sturdy, and backed by a knowledgeable and efficient staff, I can't recommend this product highly enough.

Have already left a review on the majority Auto and cant believe how they treat there customers when they must be aware of the problem unlike the deck called mycket deck sold on amazon, this deck has the same problem auto muting on quiet tracks when I contacted them with a video showing the deck doing this they immediately removed them from sale until they can update the software, what a difference from majority,.

A great internet radio adapter
This is the first time I have bought a Majority product and I am very pleased with it. I bought the Robinson 2 IR to link to my Bose speaker as an internet radio adapter. Bose has recently withdrawn its cloud support services for my speaker and in so doing removed the preset buttons functionality that I used for my radio stations. The Robinson was very easy to set up. The associated App is great for remotely controlling the device and it also comes with a fully functioning hand controller. Having made sure the Robinson works with my Bose speaker I have now bought a second one to link to another of my Bose speakers in another room of the house. I like that the unit comes with DAB, Internet, FM and Spotify connect as well as bluetooth compatibility. For the price, the Robinson is good value. I thoroughly recommend it to all those Bose customers out there who have paid a lot for their speakers just to have the company remove one of its primary functions regardless of any inconvenience to the customer. My radio, Spotify etc is working perfectly again because of the Robinson 2IR.

Excellent sound quality. I have 2 Bard internet radios. Love to listen to English speaking music stations from all over the world. Bard does them proud. Bard is up there with the best of the sound systems.

Desde que compre un tocadiscos de su marca, los vinilos se reproducen prácticamente todo el día. El sonido es espectacular, la calidad es buenísima y las opciones de grabar audios y Bluetooth de salida son geniales. Además, el servicio de post venta y como se ponen en contacto contigo para saber como va yendo la cosa y ofrecerte ayuda si la necesitas es... Espectacular. Pocas empresas como estas quedan.
