I had an issue with the buckle and Maison de Sabre, were swift to respond and quick to act sending me an entire new case even though I only needed one part replaced. Negative Experience
I had purchased a 2 card holder iPhone case with personalisation along with the fruit charms. Unfortunately, I had to actively follow up on my order and there were significant delays in receiving my iPhone case. I had purchased in Dec 2024 & didn't get my items until March 2025. The whole experience was quite frustrating.
I thought there may be delays with the Christmas period and gave some time before i emailed to find out what was happening with my order. At first they let me know the iPhone case was out of stock causing delays. Even though the site had availability when i purchased it. They advised they would process and send out the item. I never received anything following so I followed up with them. They told me they had shipped it but it never successfully got delivered to me. The iPhone case was out of stock again but they would send me the rest of the items. The other items were sent with no issues and they did offer swapping to a different iPhone case. However, I specifically wanted the case with 2 card holders and was willing to wait. I requested they let me know when it was back in stock. I never heard anything from them and had to email again after seeing it was back in stock on their website to ensure they prioritise my order. After about 12 emails I was finally able to successfully receive my order. However, i was left quite frustrated with the whole experience which has turned me off from trying to purchase any items from them despite enjoying the designs. The responses to the emails seemed generic and standard responses. I do question if my order was ever sent at the start as my iPhone case was personalised. So if my order was unsuccessfully delivered to me, it likely would have returned to the sender. So they couldn't they have sent the same one back to me?

So very impressed with their customer service! I ordered something online from them and unfortunately it went missing with Australia Post. I contacted Maison de Sabre CustomerService and the lovely Carmela helped me with as much information as possible to try to track my order, but when it became apparent that my parcel was potentially lost for good she had no hesitation in replacing my item free of charge.

Ordered travel pants charcoal size S online and received parcel on 24/04/2025, however I should have read all reviews before my purchase.
I did buy few things from online store in a past (accessories only) and was happy but I didn’t need to return.
The travel pants were not the quality I expected, the size was too big and I do believe that should have been described as oversized as Im usually a size S, the colour did not match the description- was lighter than described “charcoal colour” online, the fabric is rigid and making “friction noise” when I tried it on.
Contacted customer service and requested refund, was asked to provide photos of pants, box/original packaging and email company all photos. I have never had to do this before with any online shopping apart from one time when a luxury brand accidentally sent me wrong colour shoes but the whole process was smooth and I didn’t have to pay any costs and the courier picked up the parcel from home.
However I’ve done everything as was requested and emailed photos and finally received email with return authorisation number from customer service Carmela after my 2 emails and advised that item will be checked in warehouse on arrival. Beside the point that I have to pay for express registered post and provide the company tracking number I feel the whole process for refund is too frustrating and “specifically designed for you to give up”as I have never had to do this before with any of luxury or non luxury brands (based in Australia or overseas). Shopped with Oroton recently and process was smooth and fault free, great customer service and prompt responses.
I feel that if Maison de Sabre wants to be known as a luxury brand they have to look after their customers. I hope I will get full refund with no further delays and multiple emails and without the need to contact ACCC for further guidance.

Disappointing
Spent $100 on a monogrammed phone case that started to peel and chip after one week of gentle use. Customer service organised a replacement case, but the replacement case arrived with smudged printing right out of the box so I requested a refund.
Customer service advised they would refund me pending the return of both cases, which I agreed to. However now over a week later I still have both cases in my possession as I have not received any information about how to ship the cases back despite multiple emails requesting an update from CS. It should not be this hard or take this long to return a faulty item.
A disappointing experience all around from what I assumed was a luxury brand.
