Orders Never Arrived
I placed two orders with Maison de Sabre in mid-December 2024. It is now March 2025 and I have not received either order. The email response from the company was, essentially, a shrug and a "Contact US Customs." I very much regret my orders with this company. I order from international businesses frequently and have never had this problem.
UPDATE (3/26/25): After posting this review, Maison de Sabre graciously sent me replacements.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
This company deserves 0 stars. I placed my order on NOV 19, 2024 and I finally received my order on JAN 24, 2025!!!! MORE THAN 2 MONTHS LATER! There is no excuse for this. I placed my order in November, the Black Friday Sale, buying a couple of Christmas gifts thinking it would arrive in plenty of time. Silly me. Every time I sent an email to inquire about the status of my order, I wouldn’t get a response for 3-4 days. I got a lot of “it’s an extremely busy time” and “will get back to you promptly” but never any details about my order and “promptly” meant 3-4 days later or I had to send another email! It was extremely frustrating and it seemed as if they just didn’t care. How does a company not know to beef up their shipping and fulfillment during the busiest time of year, the holidays?!
And then FINALLY I got a shipping notice on JAN 8, 2025 and it arrived on Jan 13th, BUT IT WAS MISSING ALL THE ITEMS I ORDERED! The only thing in the package was the free leather protectant! UNBELIEVABLE. Then they waited a full week before sending me my items! If you really cared about excellent customer service, wouldn’t you IMMEDIATELY send out a replacement order?! Maybe even overnight the package? Instead they waited another week before sending the items. I have never had such a bad experience with any company and such TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They were in no hurry to rectify the situation. These were Christmas gifts ordered in Nov and arrived Jan 24, a month after Christmas! I really don’t understand how a company can operate this way. I really got the feeling that THEY JUST DIDN’T CARE. Buyers beware.

I ordered an expensive phone case for my new phone thinking it was a nice investment. After 6 weeks I had still not received the product however they charged my account immediately. After reaching out 3 times over the next 3 weeks inquiring and then requesting that my order be cancelled and refund granted, all I get is delayed excuses, no phone case and no refund.

Faulty Item
I recently purchased a few products from this store. While the product itself is good, the service left much to be desired. One of the items I received was faulty, so I contacted customer service to arrange for a replacement. Unfortunately, they informed me that I needed to return the defective item first, which is understandable, but the process was frustrating. Although they offered to refund the shipping cost as store credit, it’s not a practical solution for me. The store credit is insufficient to cover any future purchases, meaning I essentially end up covering the shipping cost myself. This policy feels inconvenient and unfair, especially when dealing with a product issue that wasn’t my fault.
While I appreciate the product quality, the service experience has made me hesitant to shop here again. I hope the store reevaluates its replacement and refund policies to make them more customer-friendly.
