Don't waste your money
Don't waste your money - poor quality, leather wears within a year. This is 'normal wear and tear' apparently. Funny how my other leather items don't have this problem. Will not buy from again. Status Anxiety far better quality.

I ordered two Hello Kitty bag charms. One was meant for my sister’s birthday. Unfortunately they were lost in transit between Auspost and USPS. So, my first time purchase experience turned sour. But, Carmela from Client Services resolved the situation for me. She was patient understanding and professional, a model customer support personnel! Won't refund after item ordered sold out
I ordered the pecan brown saddle bag and a small zip bag on September 19. Of course my card was immediately charged. On September 24 I was notified the color was sold out and given the option of express delivery of another color or store credit plus $20. I asked for a refund to my card immediately. I sent another email the next day reinterating my request. I have gotten no reply for 2 days and no refund. American retailers have this in stock.

I ordered a tote bag from this shop, and honestly, it’s way better than I expected. The fabric feels strong but not too heavy, and it carries all my daily stuff without looking bulky. The design is super cute, simple but stylish enough to match any outfit. I’ve already gotten compliments on it! What I also loved is how fast it arrived and how nicely it was packed (no unnecessary plastic, which I really appreciate). I’ve been using it almost every day, and it still looks brand new. We found a brand that delivers on every promise.
We recently decided to purchase some wonderful travel luggage and accessories from MAISON de SABRE. Along the way, I had a simple question and I reached out to their team to answer. I was literally floored by the attention to detail, kind and positive energy and total support that was displayed. The products we purchased - suitcases, cross body bags, passport holders, a backpack and weekender will be our workhorse companions On our “second honeymoon” retirement trip to Italy. We expect them to travel along all our journeys for many years to come. They feel sophisticated but not fussy. Modern and INCREDIBLY well made! Avoid Mason de SABRÉ – Worst Shopping Experience Ever! Its an absolute FRAUD!
I purchased a personalised saddle bag from Mason de SABRÉ. The bag arrived quickly, but without the personalisation I had paid for. Despite sending multiple emails with proof of my order, the company refused to provide the tag with my initials.
Their responses were slow and AI generated. It took nearly a month to resolve the matter. Eventually, they agreed to a full refund if I returned the bag. I sent it back, but it sat uncollected in their PO Box for ages. Australia Post warned me it would be returned at my expense if unclaimed. At that point, I had neither the bag nor my refund.
Frustrated, I lodged a complaint with Fair Trading and disputed the transaction with my bank. Only then did I finally receive my refund.
In my opinion, Mason de SABRÉ is not the luxury brand they market themselves to be. The product quality is cheap, and the colour was noticeably different from what was shown online. I’ve shopped with many luxury retailers and have never experienced anything like this.
I would strongly recommend avoiding this brand — save yourself the time, money, and frustration.

Excellence in leather goods
I have been purchasing Maison de Sabre products since 2021. At that time the product line was limited to phone covers and a few assorted pieces. There was an initial issue where they had sent me the wrong case and they posted another one immediately and encouraged me to gift the original one to someone else. I have purchased from them ever since.
When their line expanded in 2023 I purchased the laptop bag in emerald green. I have used it for the past 2 years and it still looks new. I regularly get comments on it, even now. I also have the slimline case for my iPad and the cover for my AirPods.
I've purchased the notebook with a matching pencil case which made beautiful gifts. I normally purchase these kinds of smaller items when they are on sale.
In relation to their phone covers - I am not easy on my phone and tend to drop it regularly. The phone covers take considerable impact.
Overall, the quality is absolutely worth the price and I strongly recommend this brand.
