Zusätzlich zur Bestellsumme sind Steuern von 80 € angefallen. Auch für österreichische Verhältnisse nicht nachvollziehbar!

Fantastic service, professional support, and very good value for money.

I got a reply from mainspring boutique saying they were sorry that I was still dissatisfied and that it was due to a delay by DPD which I am dealing with separately, they got the watch back on Monday the 10/11/2025 and issued a refund yesterday the 11/11/2025 which is still not in my bank account as yet, may i remind them that I have spent an awful amount of money with them over a period of time and this is how they treat me, if they treat every customer the same they won’t have any left, I now deal with other companies that offer excellent prices and superb customer service, avoid this company at all costs because there’s an awful lot better out there.

Appears to be a complete scam. Slow to respond to emails - excuses given but no action. Their only phoneline is a premium rate line that they dont even answer so you get charged to hear a message saying that there is nobody there! At best shocking customer service and at worst a complete scam from start to finish. Now I have to try to get my money back. Wish me luck.

The watch arrived with small defect - second arrow moves with delays . This is not impact to owerall watch operation , but visually it is not good to see jumping arrow .

Please return the money I paid, your watch doesn't work.

Siento comunicar que el reloj que encargué y aboné con un total de 160,71 euros abonados el 11 de septiembre 2025, a las 10:26h, ha sido retenido por las autoridades aduaneras españolas, ya que el importe declarado por vds asciende no llega a 11 euros, por lo que no dispongo de el. Ref DHL AWB 2511592764, ref 337553340. Agradecería solución para poder confiar con vds . Antonio Hurtado Gimeno. Valencia. España
