A Spectacular Watch and a Great Shopping Experience

Service: The customer service and purchasing process were very good. The order arrived correctly and the experience from purchase to delivery was satisfactory.

Product: the Thomas Earnshaw Longitude ES-8006-10 has surprised me even more now that I have it in hand. It is a very striking watch, with a spectacular skeleton design and finishes that convey much more presence than I expected for its price. The gold combination with the brown strap gives it an elegant and distinctive look.
Very satisfied with both the watch and Mainspring. I would definitely buy again.

I bought the sold out SpongeBob watch

I bought the googly eyes SpongeBob mechanical chronograph direct from Spinnaker. I even set my alarm for 3:00am to secure one. Sadly it never arrived - after the tracker saying it was in customs at Heathrow it never got released. Spinnaker were very good, but sadly the courier was DHL eCommerce, and after two weeks Spinnaker gave up and gave me a refund.

A few weeks later I had the Mainspring email about limited availability so I jumped immediately and bought one. It arrived the next day!!!!!!

I have no idea where Mainspring sourced their stock - maybe I just bought my original watch that was “stuck in customs” - is so well done them!

Anyway, I’m very pleased and staggered at the speedy service.

The watch box was empty on receipt

The watch box was empty on receipt. Reported to Police. Have rung. Emailed and contacted via insta. No response for 10 days. Very disappointed

Unfortunately, we've since discovered there was an issue affecting email communication between your email address and our customer support system, which meant several of your emails didn't reach us and some of our replies appear not to have reached you either. We appreciate how this would have made it seem as though you weren't receiving a response, and we're very sorry for the confusion this caused.

Your case remains under active investigation with Amazon's delivery team, and we're awaiting the outcome before we can proceed. We'll continue to keep you updated and will do everything we can to reach a fair resolution as quickly as possible.
