Mainspring Watches UK ltd Arvostelua

This is an outstanding business in a second hand watch market that trades on trust and authenticity, Mainspring are my go to. I have bought, and sold, several watches through Tristan and I can’t recommend him highly enough. Not just in the usual course of business in sourcing great watches, repairing and refurbishing them but, in a recent unfortunate experience involving another watch business, Tristan stepped in without fee, to provide an independent, objective assessment of the watch (not bought through him) that has been critical in resolving my dispute with the third party. The very definition of above and beyond. A passionate watch lover and a dedicated customer experience pro. Highly recommended +++++

Tristan was a great guy to deal with , nothing was too much trouble. Traded against a Rolex Air-king . Watch as described, had video calls with the watch was added bonus. Help with sizing to my wrist no issues.
Will definitely buy again from Mainspring . Posted secure via Royal Mail.

What a 5 star experience, great communication with Tristan and watch was in superb condition with box and papers and even original purchase receipt. Couldn’t have asked for a smoother transaction. Fast delivery well packaged and very quick. Highly recommend seller and would recommend to all friends and family, that you Tristan for a true 5 star experience 😀

I cannot recommend Tristan and his company enough. From first contact to opening the box a few days later, the whole experience was faultless and coupled with impeccable customer service. This company is top notch and happy to part exchange you old cherished timepiece, change straps and generally be helpful. Worth of 5 stars in my opinion

These lads are great, seriously. Super fast responses to my many stupid questions, very understanding when I changed my mind on one piece and helped me pick something else, which I love. Buy with confidence!

I have recently purchased a 1999 Breitling Aerospace from Tristan at Mainspring Watches. A bit of a grail watch for me. From the moment I made initial contact with Tristan until I received the watch a few days later the whole process was an absolute pleasure. The customer service offered throughout by Tristan was nothing short of exemplary. I negotiated a trade in of a couple of watches without any difficulty. In fact Tristan was more than keen to accept a trade in which appeared to be his preferred option. So if it's something that you may have in mind just ask. The whole process was incredibly smooth. I couldn't be more pleased with the Breitling, it's in superb condition exactly as described. In short I couldn't recommend Mainspring Watches more highly. A five star experience. This is how all watch dealers should be!

Open all hours. I found my dream Autavia on Easter Sunday and Tristan very kindly responded the same day. I then collected it on Bank holiday Monday. The way they are gives great confidence in the world of luxury pre owned watches. Thank you for your time and efforts. Sorry for the slow review.

Normally buy watches face to face but the watch I wanted was hard to find, therefore nervously I entered into the process of buying, as you read of scamming and people losing money through online shopping.

I couldn’t have been more delighted with the whole experience of dealing with Tristan and the team, my confidence was there from the first time we communicated, thank you team Mainspring, I couldn’t be happier!!

Tristan managed to find me my dream watch, a rare black Monaco, he is a true gentleman, professional, knowledgeable, patient and polite its been such a pleasure getting to know him and his team, brilliant!! Thank you Mainspring, especially Tristan. I’ll be back soon

I bought a 1983 Rolex Seadweller from Tristan. Perfect gentleman, sent pics and vids and answered all my questions fast !! Shipped immediately, tracked all the way to my door....Very knowledgeable and keen to chat watches (and BMW's) genuine company. If they have your 'Dream watch' pull that trigger !!! Highly recommended, I will be back again when funds and missus allow.
Cheers

Decided to trade a vintage TAG for a newer TAG GMT. Dealt with Tristan who was super helpful and was happy to take my old watch as a trade. The deal was completed quickly and efficiently. My new watch was sent next day special delivery. Very happy with both the watch and the buying experience. Would not hesitate to recommend Mainspring Watches to other buyers. Thanks very much

Tristan is a genuinely nice guy and is happy to help. He has a nice selection of pieces in all price ranges and is happy to do deals on part exchanges. He is also extremely good on his communications and never leaves you waiting.

A very pleasant, friendly and efficient purchase. Would be very happy to buy from them again. A nice selection of watches at sensible prices. Thankyou.

I decided to dispose of a few timepieces that were not being worn and hopefully would be appreciated by someone else. Tristan was professional, efficient and timely throughout the process . Would not hesitate recommending him and his company. Thank you.
