Mainspring Watches UK ltd Arvostelua

These guys are amazing, they helped me with a watch recently and provided a service way beyond my expectations with excellent communication at all times, I can’t praise them enough

I recently purchased a very expensive Audemars Piguet from Mainspring Watches and I’m absolutely thrilled with the whole experience.
From the outset the team were friendly, professional and clearly passionate about what they do. When I mentioned that the strap felt a little small, they didn’t hesitate — they sorted a replacement and then hand-delivered the watch back to me within a week. They kept me updated every step of the way with constant, clear communication and were just genuinely nice people to deal with.
It’s rare to find a dealer that goes so far above and beyond, especially with a high-value piece. The service felt personal rather than transactional, and I couldn’t be happier with both the watch and the way everything was handled.
Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be coming back.

Amazing basically they go the extra mile.
They even sorted me a box that wasn’t in the deal.
Great company. Very easy to deal with.

I was put onto Mainspring by a friend who also had an awesome experience with them. I made constact through Whatsapp and received an instant response as well as full information and instructions. The invoice received, payment made and a long chat with Tristan ensued. Tracking was given, package delivered and then a follow up to see if all was OK. 11/10 or 6 stars for both Mainspring and my Seawolf.

First class service.

They have a great selection of watches, a lot of which you don't see anywhere else. All for a reasonable price and open to negotiation.

A pleasure to deal with and very friendly, knowledgeable and quick to respond.

Bought my latest watch from these guys and it arrived pretty much next day.

Can't ask for a better service and would recommend to anyone looking for a quality pre-owned watch.

these guys were so easy to deal with and extremely professional, the watch was in immaculate condition and their service was professional and on point, i highly recommend these guys - honest and professional and even hand delivered the watch to my house

Had a great deal with Tristan. He took a watch off my hands and didn't try to lowball me on the agreed price. Total gentleman too. I'd use again.

Bought a very special watch online from Tristan - absolutely delighted. It looked even better in real life than in the photos.
The whole experience was straightforward, with proactive communication throughout) oh - and I think I got a great deal too!)

Rang Tristan to chat abpit a watch I had seen online. He described and sent pictures of the watch for us to look at and didn't push us to make the purchase. Paid over the phone and the watch arrived 2 days later as described and even sized to fit. Couldn't fault anything and was 10o% trustworand would recommend highly.

A great experience dealing with Tristan. Polite, friendly, well informed and professional. I would definitely consider Mainspring Watches again to buy, sell or part exchange a watch.

Great watch and amazing people to deal with. They went above and beyond as I had timing issues to get the watch.

Incredible company to deal with . Their products are all top quality and copetetivley priced , but the thing that really moves them to next level are the people . You can tell they are enthusiasts first and really know their stuff . They couldn't be more open and helpful and are happy to natter away about the product making the whole process so inclusive and enjoyable . Cannot recommend highly enough

Great communication, fair price and super fast delivery. The watch was exactly as described - if not better. Thanks again, Tristan.

So nice that there are still UK companies who:
1) answer the phone quickly and politely,
2) answer questions honestly,
3) do what they say they will do,
4) keep in contact with the customer during the transaction process.

I have only praise for Tristan at Mainspring Watches who dealt with my query, and then purchase, swiftly and professionally but also in a friendly manner. Fully intend and hope to use again!

Tristian could not have been more helpful made buying process super easy I even managed to drop the watch I’d had it for 2months I sent it back to him he got it fixed sent it back all at no cost to me can’t recommend enough nice thing as well they own all there stock and nothing on consignment all I can say is buy with confidence you will not be disappointed

Excellent experiece from start to finish. Professional, passionate and knowledgeable. Swift reponse, easy tranasaction and all questions promptly and professionally answered.

Would like to use again. Highly recommended

Very helpful and efficient service. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Tristan's communication is absolute top teir! Couldn't have asked for a better service. Really clear, fair and honest - which is hard to find. Second watch ive had from him and it wont be the last

Top Gent
Understands the watch addiction and what his clients are looking for.
Put together a great deal for me - would have no qualms with dealing with him again

Absolutely superb. Tristan was excellent - my only regret is not being able to have dealt face to face! I traded a piece for two of Tristans watches - one of which wasn't even advertised, I'd simply expressed what I'd like in my first communication with him.

Don't even hesitate if you see something you like, or want to trade - Tristan is very fair, and is just like his customers - passionate about watches! This will be the first of many transactions going forward!

Simply brilliant!
