A fun game for all ages! My order went 'missing' and we could not find it although we were told it was delivered. Customer service had been busy and after many emails they followed up the courier who sent photos that showed the date of delivery and location for delivery. No other courier has ever dropped a parcel there before. It was well wrapped and was still in perfect condition months after delivery. Thank you Magna chess for following up. They are at the mercy of the courier in many cases. We love the game, easy to carry around and play anywhere.

Great quality and a fun product - but allow for extended shipping time
I ordered 2 sets a few weeks prior to Christmas and I would recommend them to everyone! They arrived in good condition and they are a great, fun activity for my kids and us to play. My only issue has been the shipping. They arrived much later than the delivery date quoted. The follow up from customer care has been good overall, with my queries responded to in a timely manner. I would say that the shipper let down the company, in my case, and promised unrealistic delivery times. So until the shipper is changed, my recommendation is not to expect this to arrive on time, so plan ahead!!

We sincerely apologise for the delay. Over the holiday period, we experienced a sudden increase in orders causing delays in processing and shipping, which also affected tracking updates. In some cases, overseas fulfillment can also lead to longer transit times than expected.

I did order for Christmas but was not…
I did order for Christmas but was not worried that it wasn't to arrive until after. I saw the ad,it looked like fun. My grandchildren don't even play the game they just have fun watching the magnets attach themselves.
When it came it came no problem here.

My father's 86 year-old friend wanted a set so I ordered several more for him and my father's other buddies. I had no issues with the delivery time. Once I got confirmation that they were on the way I just waited patiently. Very pleased with the product.

Update-12/12/25 I was charged 44.10 & .44 from Magnetchess Stockholm SEUS & international fee# 507436. 12/16/25 i was charged 39.00 & .39 from the same (fee# 264750). The fees were taken out of my account. These were messages I received from them. 1/27- moving thru delivery network, Vanessa. 2/21 Following up on order, Ana. 3/6 Lost in transit, Daniella. 3/9 If I'm happy tell trust pilot and mention Daniella's name. 3/16 Order on it's way, delivery 1-3 weeks maybe sooner, Daniella.3/24 Already shipped- cannot cancel-Dani 3/25 Shipment has not moved in some time- lost in transit-Dani 3/31 Sorry lost- resending. I ordered several sets & they took "forever" to arrive BUT their follow up from customer service was outstanding! They sent several emails, even months afterward, to make sure that my sets had arrived. Not many companies would care enough to do that!

Nothing arrived despite promises by email that they had been dispatched. Requested a refund but nothing received despite confirmation emails from the company.
Complete fraudulent company avoid at all costs.
It's now nearly August still no sign of delivery or the refund they promised on several occasions by email. They keep on asking for my PayPal details and then do nothing about it.
Totally fraudulent company.

STILL NOT RECEIVED - 3 months on
I ordered the MagnetChess set on the 27th December 2025 and kept an eye on the tracking of it. My order has still not been received and when I look up the tracking number it says its been too long and has been closed off. They keep sending me emails asking how my purchase was received and I keep sending them one back saying I want a refund. Ive had enough now. Im not following up anymore they can just keep my money. I hope no one every buys anything from them again. Extremely disappointed in service

If I could give this company a negative review I would. It’s been 4 months of back and forth emails, always stating that they are checking with the courier. Tracking numbers never work.
After constant emails and requests for refunds (which they refuse to do), I assume I will never see the product and my money is long gone.

This was a last minute Christmas gift…
This was a last minute Christmas gift so I waited for ages for it to be delivered; at one point I thought I had been scammed! I asked for a refund and Daniela was great about the process. We decided to wait a bit and lo and behold, the game arrived a few days later. Once it arrived, this game has become a great hit.
