It has helped me include and record important information that sometimes gets left out when writing and making notes. It is quick and efficient and saves time, especially when you have several meetings and visits in one day

For me, it minimizes the time spent on written notes. The notes were accurate and detailed, requiring only a few corrections.

Beam has been an experience and at first a little frustrating to learn to use effectively, but it has certainly reached that goal of a valuable tool, when taking time to understand how to incorporate it into daily workload. The amount of reduction in time and the accuracy of recording conversations for case notes, is simply fabulous, and also supportive to getting all the facts on paper/recordings, for those working on the case, without panicking your not writing fast enough, or whether your catching all in detail the comments made. Yes, it's well worth your time to understand beams, as it simply will make your working day more efficient, more accurate in recordings, and a peace of mind to know that you have the support, whilst able to ask it to provide many scenario's to offer case notes, report writings etc. Plus amendments noticed by you that are required, can be done throughout the writings with one simple request to have this done. Excellent resource.

Beam is a brilliant app that saves me a significant amount of time. I use it during my weekly team meetings, where it transcribes the discussion and produces an action plan at the end, ensuring everyone is clear on their responsibilities and next steps.

I also use Beam during my monthly KITs with team members. Having it running in the background allows conversations to flow more naturally, as I can focus on the discussion rather than taking detailed notes. The transcription and summary features help ensure that important points and actions are captured accurately.

Beam has made recording case notes much easier and more efficient. It helps safe time that workers would have used in writing by hand. It does reduce the amount of time spent on administrative tasks. I like how it helps produces professional, well structured and organised notes. Using Beam notes in gathering information from clients help to increase productivity, social worker workers are able to produce reports on a timely manner

We use Beam notes for general dictation and appointment notes with a huge variety of diverse clients. Being able to have the conversation flow naturally, rather than being fenced in by 'now I need to fill in this box with typing' brings much more human element back to the conversation. It's also been a great memory aid - simple to ask the summariser for more detail about a single topic within the discussion.

The note recording is excellent. It has definitely helped to lessen my admin burden. I love that you can give it commands to change the style of writing. Beam Notes is fantastic!

Impressive and almost 98% correct, you need to tweak the name of specified equipment or name yourself. Beam cannot spelling my name.

I have really enjoyed using Beam so far for my work in an NHS mental health service. It saves me time but also allows me to remember everything discussed in a session, even when I might be distracted. It is a great idea and I would recommend it to others from what I have been so far in the 2-3 weeks of using it.
