Product is awesome (iPhone 17 pro max elite case). My son ended up yanking the loop out from the back so I started looking at getting the accessory pack but couldn’t find the color that came with my case - beige. I reached out to Customer Service to see how I can buy it. Josh was so helpful and even sent me a new loop for free. Customer service was awesome and super helpful

My husband and I have been using magbak for years now and they are the only cases we use. Had our first ever issue, a button fell out. Contacted magbak and they are replacing it and the communication was quick and easily resolved!

There was an issue with a product that I bought from the manufacturer. They stuck with me and made sure all was right. They even sent me 2 replacements at no cost.

Been using Magbak cases for over 5 years and they’re the only case I use. The strong external magnets help in ways I didn’t anticipate! For example, the gym. The magnetic case allows me to stick my phone on the equipment to use my timer and keep my phone off the ground.
The strength of the case has saved my phone countless times. As a firefighter/ paramedic I have to keep my phone on me the entire shift as it’s how I call the hospitals or confirm high risk procedures. The case has never failed me. Even in the event I forget my phone in my pocket and accidentally bring it in to a structure fire with me, the case has held up. I use my phone constantly on brush fires in the dirt and ash and once again, the case holds up no problem.
I also use the magbak tesla mount in my car. I’ve got my fiance stuck on them now as well.
There isn’t a downside to this case and the cherry on top? Great customer service. I can go on and on and I normally don’t leave reviews but you get the idea, this product is worth it. Buy it and you won’t regret it

I wouldn't do business with this company. Purchased a phone holder for the car, didn't fit so I returned it. Charged me to return and shorted me on the refund. Product description was not accurate on the product. Overpriced to start with, but the product looked good. Nope. Just pass on this company unless you want to deal with bad policies.

First of all let me start off by saying that I have been a loyal Magbak user for many years. I’ve had 4 so far and all of the phones that were protected by the Magbak case never suffered a fate worse than a cracked screen protector (not the actual screen!). Slim design without sacrificing protection or functionality and the magnetic back is a bonus and has come in handy on multiple occasions for work. Customer service was excellent in responding to my concern after a button came loose on one of the side keys. After sending a few pics and a letter explaining the problem, they did not hesitate to offer me a replacement. I didn’t want to get my hopes up but I sure was delightfully surprised when the shipping confirmation was sent to my email. Thanks again Magbak for following through!

I’ve been using the MagBak Elite case for my Galaxy S25 Ultra since last September. While I absolutely love the case ecosystem and its unmatched magnet strength, the side frame recently started warping around the volume keys, and the default black pinky cushion tore at the attachment points.

I reached out to their support team to check my warranty eligibility, fully expecting to pay hefty international shipping fees to get it sorted out here in the Philippines. Instead, the team completely blew me away. They processed a free replacement right away, updated my delivery address seamlessly, and waived the international shipping fee entirely! They even made sure to include proper replacement documentation to help the package clear local customs smoothly.

It’s rare to find a company that stands behind their premium products with this level of hassle-free, top-tier service. Highly recommended!

The customer support has been great! My case was falling apart within 6 months of use. But after contacting support they are able to send me a replacement. Overall the MagBak case fits my needs and having the strongest magnets without disrupting the S25 Ultra's S Pen.

They have some quality cases and even better customer service

MagBak has had amazing customer service through a warranty claim. The MagBak Elite case has done an amazing job protecting my phone but recently became damaged. I contacted customer service and they quickly responded and sent a replacement case. It is a breath of fresh air to have good customer services experiences with companies these days.

I've been a long-time customer of another brand (for something like 8 years?), and whilst I still think the alternate brand is a great option, MagBak has now shot to the top of my list! I ordered the MagBak Elite for my iPhone 17 Pro Max back in October of last year. The style, function, protection, and magnetic function of the cases are just superb, especially the magnetic hold which was the number 1 reason I purchased it. The case from MagBak is the only case I could find where the additional magnets allowed for the case to fit onto any magnetic surface safely and securely without the need for any external accessory. I did a lot of research and even spent $60 on an external accessory (which didn’t turn out the way I planned) so I'm really impressed with how functional and protective the case is - I have dropped my phone multiple times and never had any issues or damage to the phone. It also comes with a screen protector and an easy to install tool which doubles as the actual box so that is pretty ingenious. And now after several months, I see the service matches exactly! I had a slight issue with my case where one of the small parts which holds the pinkie cushion broke off and Magbak replaced the case in less than a week! Considering they would have had to ship the case from another country, which is seriously impressive service! The customer service team was quick to respond, friendly and eager to resolve my issue.

As I want the review to be genuine, I would have a couple pieces of feedback re the case for improvement.

1) I know this was a major pro for me so I'm definitely not knocking the magnets at all, if anything its more the design of the iPhone 17 pro max, but basically I have found the due to the large camera bump on the back, sometimes I have to position the case/phone in a specific way for the magnets to attach properly on certain equipment at the gym particularly when I’m trying to stick it vertically.

2) I had an issue with the initial screen cover that I had on the phone - it wasn’t the MagBak cover, so perhaps that’s why. But basically, when I put the MagBak case on, it kept lifting the screen cover off either corner at the top of the phone and caused bubbles. Eventually I ended up replacing the cover and haven’t had any issues since.

3) I do love the customisation parts/accessories for the case, but it would be cool if you had other colours of the full case to choose from

Other than those 3 things, I highly recommend this case and MagBak to anyone looking for a phone case – you won't regret it! 5 stars all the way

Had a small issue with a defective product but the MagBak Instagram reps lead me to speak to someone through email and they were willing to get the problem solved quick. Very attentive, the issue has been solved in a very impressive manner. Quick email responses and I felt like I was heard and appreciated as a person and customer of MagBak! Now I feel like apart of the MagBak Family.

This case is very good. I've dropped my phone countless times and it doesn't even have damage. I thought I wouldn't use the magnets very much but it turns out anywhere I can use them, I do. I did have a problem with the finger loop in the back but the customer service team helped and resolved it very quickly.
