M6toll Arvostelua 

I had an issue with my toll payment as my card transaction was declined, so I called customer service to sort it out.
I was really lucky to speak to a very polite and helpful gentleman who made everything really easy. He took the time to listen, explained everything clearly and helped me sort out the payment without any hassle.
I was initially worried that I might end up with a penalty, but thanks to his help everything was resolved quickly.

I received an email from them threatening to suspend my account even though payment had been taken and my credit card details were correct. Initially, I thought this was a phishing email as it was so ludicrous. In addition, they took another separate amount from my card afterwards of 0.1p without explanation. I queried this but they didn’t respond until I chased them. Although a small amount, if this was multiplied over thousands of people using the toll each day, it would amount to a scandalous sum. I did wonder if there might be fraud taking place. They later stated it was a system error and refunded me, but this was only after I had chased them about it. Absolutely appalling customer service and seriously poor communication from them. Left me feeling they are untrustworthy.

Trying to get a receipt is like pulling teeth!!

I unintentionally missed my intended exit and had to continue further along the motorway before I could safely make a U-turn. As a result, I ended up travelling through the toll point when leaving and then again when re-entering the motorway just following my sat nav. I was charged £9.50 on each occasion exiting and entering within a period of approximately five minutes. I explained that it was a genuine mistake and I should had £19 back, instead I was refunded £9.50 only.

The team managed to remove a previous debt that was registered against a new vehicle I had purchased.

What went wrong.. everything went wrong. Because of the HS2 roadworks and not being familiar to the area. I accidentally drove on the M6 toll road. Cameron off at T3 and was guided through the service road to go back towards Coleshill where I wanted to go originally. And was charged £9.50 for the privilege and put a claim in to get a refund or partial refund. But was declined. Effing ridiculous as I didn't benefit from the 1 jtn journey. Absolute fuming. Motorists being ripped off again. Broken Britain 😡😡😡😡

Great service from customer service I made a mistake and emailed them to try sorting the issue out wich they promptly did putting my mind at ease

Got diverted around onto m6 toll for the time of 15mins stopping at a service station in that time charged over £17 with a penalty charge best bet of £90 after talking to the person on speaker telling me I have to got on and pay the charges after rip off,

I wish the toll was cheaper but it's okay good customer service
