Staff at the call centre were really very helpful and pleasant in resolving the problem. It clearly worked and no issues at the toll booths and automatic payment is now working

Prompt answer to my enquiry

Highway Robbery…… no common sense.

I was charged £20 which is the same rate as an Articulated HGV. Even though my vehicle is just a 2 inch lifted SUV Nissan pathfinder.
Nothing can be done so they say because their height lasers measured the height. I’ve used the toll for a decade! In HGVs and cars. I’ll be giving it a miss from now on if that’s what I’ll be charged for a SUV. I don’t think the Range rovers and Defenders will be paying what I paid. What a joke.

Cheaky support

I got charged twice per single cross, i phoned them, she gave email to send, i have sent email, got repply:
"Thank you for getting in touch.
We have received your email, we will get back to you within 10 working days."
I have no words! Absolute animals.
