Absolutely love Lytx and DriveCam. Our preventable accidents, BASICs/CSA scores, and insurance premiums have all been reduced. I attribute this to the installation and management of the DriveCam system.

Poor connectivity in rural areas. Only picks up about 50% of collisions.

I see some improvements in some things like editing from my office. i still look forward to better camera resolution.

product is not rugged enough to withstand operation in a semi

I don't think its right to charge $150.00 to see an event that over 90 days old. I believe since we are a customer and are using equipment of yours then we should be able to view any historical data, at least at a cheaper rate.

The New Platform still has deficiencies and is missing exporting functions.

The installation is very quick and easy. Reporting/viewing video clips is effortless.

My company uses Lytx DriveCam with SV2 recorders. If one is interested in capturing all collision video, the SF300 appears to be far superior. If you need any customization done in DriveCam, be prepared for lots of frustration. This can be done, but it's slow and painful with Lytx. Also, there's things that just don't make sense in the system, like trigger names that are far too similar to the behavior names and cause unnecessary confusion.

Great product but terrible customer support and billing. If you have a question it takes up to 48 hours to get a call back. I am on the east coast and they always call at 7pm when I am not at work anymore. Billing never includes vehicle ID's so I have to track down everything to make sure it's right. Billing also bills for things weeks before they are even done? Confuses our accounts payable.

SInce it takes no view of right to left it causes me to get dinged every time I use my brakes and should a traffic light change unexpectedly on a 65 mph 4 lane rd the set up encourages people to run through the light versus stopping. I hate it, it is extra stress I don't need

when first receiving videos first getting into the program they were immediately reviewed by your team for coaching. It now seems we will receive a video to have it reviewed and tagged by your team a day later after we have already looked through the videos we have received.

Too many collisions in which the camera was not triggered.THe new platform is not capable of replicating the features of the old one.

Customer Service & Tech Support Is Outstanding with very quick turn arounds on all request!!

Lytx has been helpful with all our questions from trouble with cameras and reporting. I would recommend them to anyone.

I like the system but the playback of the trips is supper slow and takes a lot of time.
