The work the installer completed was fine, however he ran out of time before all tasks were completed. I have Not Heard back as to when the rest of the project will be completed?

I really love lytx, if you could find someone better than Velociti to do installs it would be great. They find any excuse to not complete or finish the installation.

Equipment and Lytx employees are great. There were a few hiccups with the billing, however that has been resolved.

I was unable to get any shipping information on an order that had been placed. Customer service reps are polite but information concerning your order is very hard to obtain.

Blue Water Trucking is three months into our Camera Program for our fleet. Thus far the program is a complete success. From the beginning, Lytx provided us with information, presentations and quotations to secure our business.
The Driver Safety Program Lytx provides is an essential tool in coaching and improving our Driver Corps. The training from Lytx on how to use the system and target safety concerns was thorough, properly paced for our staff to ensure that everyone understood and was able to maneuver through the Lytx site easily, confidently, effectively.
We highly recommend the Lytx Program at any level, but for true effectiveness, the Driver Safety Program is the way to go.

The installer is really good and rescheduled due to vehicle availability. It got dark and he asked if he could come back and finish the last vehicle this which is not a problem. He is courteous and very hard working.
