Experience was very good.Instalation. was great Billing was not up to par though .

Great technology, support, and scoring / reporting system

Our process to choose a provider was rather lengthy. Mike Ayersman was our sales rep. he did a very nice job with presentation and patience. We felt that Lytx was going to fit our needs from a perspective of overall fleet safety and improvements. We are about 60% installed at this point and have been able to start the coaching process. Amanda Wehunt is our SCSM and has been patient as well as a great source of information as we navigate the tool and work for positive results.

We are off to great start and hope to have solid measures as quickly as possible.

Lytx has provided an excellent product which has improved the safety of our drivers. Their customer support is also second to none.

I love taking these because there is always a takeaway I can share with my teams.

Lytx is instrumental to our business. We are safer, more productive and happier with the confidence that DriveCam gives our drivers. We have incorporated DriveCam into our Safety Bonus program, with great results!

Slow response time . Need to look at the over all coaching on the points . Same points on a lesser following distance as one with a shorter following distance

Was promised one thing and received completely different products and services. Lied about which cameras and which features we will receive just to get us to sign up. Terrible company

New version is good still needs some of the old features put in it to make it easy to use. Thanks

Would like to buy out of contract

Don't use this company. They will lie in emails and they blame their own employees.

It takes two to three times everyday to log in, it tells you that your user ID or password is wrong, this is with all the people who log-in at our company. Fleet tracker you have to log in and out when changing to track different vehicles.

Everything went fine.

initial email on 10/31 was not responded to. Second request on 11/5 was not responded to. Once I spoke to Customer service rep service was awesome.

Lytx is a core part of our safety program. Our drivers have come to see the benefits. We would not consider putting a vehicle on the road without a Lytx system on board.

The person I worked with was very knowledgeable. They took care of my issue very quickly. Our drivers complain of the flashing red and green light. We were able to have the lights turned off without affecting the system.
