I've used Luxy a few times now and it has been great. It's like Uber, but more professional and I don't have to worry about Uber not being available where I live. Very reasonable prices and worth every penny for stressful airport rides.

On time, friendly, felt safe so could relax, very comfortable clean vehicles.

I did a round trip from RI to JFK and when I told the driver I was coming back after he dropped me of at the airport, when I returned he was there to pick me up also. It was a great experience to see the same driver.

Excellent Customer Service - Attention to detail

The main reason for my three star is when you have someone taking a limo for 4 months to and from an airport once a week and they will not negotiate a price is not providing good customer service.

Our driver took us from Connecticut to JFK. I gave three stars for the following reasons:
1.The car was OK, but not as nice as it should have been..The ride was very bumpy.
2.The driver came early then scolded my husband for tapping on his window while he was texting.
3. I would think for what we paid, a small bottle of water would be standard.
4. But the worst part was that the car reeked of cigarette smoke. I am sensitive to that and did not enjoy having to put up with that smell for two hours.
The best thing I can say about the experience is that we got to the airport in record time and we survived the trip. Don't know if I will use Luxy again.

professional, courteous & punctual

Our driver was five star, as was pick-up, drop-off, and everything in between! One star off because luxy bought onelimo, which provided the same top-notch service at 20% less. I would use Luxy again!
