Same problems as everyone else. Got tricked by a fake review selling it as better than all the others on the market. Ended up with a product that struggles to keep accurate time thus defeating its main purpose of being a watch. Was offered a 15% refund and not able to get a full refund unless I sent it back to them with the costs of shipping fully on me and then having the risk of no refund if they weren’t happy with the condition when it returned.

I feel compelled to share my recent encounter with Luxosmart, and it’s not a tale of satisfaction. In fact, it’s quite the opposite.

I ordered one of their smartwatches, enticed by the promises on their website. However, what arrived was far from the quality I expected. Instead of a genuine product, I received a flimsy imitation—a mere shadow of what was advertised.

But that’s not the worst part. When I attempted to return the watch, I found myself lost in a bureaucratic maze. The return process was needlessly complicated, and Luxosmart’s responsiveness was nonexistent. Despite providing evidence, my pleas fell on deaf ears.

To potential buyers: tread carefully. Luxosmart’s lack of transparency and customer support is disheartening. Before making any purchase, think twice, thrice, and then think some more. My experience serves as a cautionary tale—a warning buoy in the vast sea of online shopping.

And as for their refund tactics—well, let’s just say they’ve mastered the art of evasion.

I wish I had done my research and did my reviews, this site is a scam, stay clear at all cost! disappointed that I was a sucker and lost my money.

Ik herken alle klachten, ik vond het scherm erg mooi. Maar dat was alles. App valt steeds weg, always on gebrek, beperkte watch plaatjes, etcetera etc. Nu 2 uurtjes wezen zwemmen!!! Horloge is schijnbaar helemaal volgelopen. Doet niets meer, ergens geef ik mijzelf de schuld, ben van de mooie site uitgegaan en niet naar review gekeken, dag € 119,00.....

Horloge koppelt steeds los van de app. Wordt er niet goed van. Ook krijg ik geen apps binnen op m'n horloge ondanks alle "oplossingen" die staan beschreven

The worst company in the world. Basically a scam, when you ask to return the watch because it doesn’t work the make it neigh impossible saying you have to send it to China and pay all sorts of import duties. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Total scam. Watch is £10 on alibaba, I paid £109. It is cheap rubbish that doesn't work. Save your money.

horloge was kwalitatief slecht. verbinding verbrak telekens met de app. slap bandje. ik heb uiteindelijk na 17 mailtjes gestuurd het horloge in china gekregen. uiteindelijke kosten 11 euro verzenden en 22,60 invoerrechten. en een heleboel frustratie verder is de zaak 'opgelost'. Absolute wanprestatie ondanks de mooie reviews op de website.

Watch is cheap Chinese rubbish advertised as UK company its a scam company should be stopped from trading watch would not connect to app sent them numerous videos but kept asking for more videos for technical department load of rubbish sold with 12 months warrany ha ha not work a thing take your money and Run think they have now changed name of the watch after so many bad reviews.

This is a scam the watch does not work. It has several faults it continually disconnects from the app and he phone bluetooth features don't work. Claim back through bank is your only option and hope that works. Do not return it unless you want to lose more money

Oplichters. Terugsturen gaat niet. Horloge is slechte kwaliteit. Kan je op Temu voor €19.00 ook kopen. Chinese oplichtersbende. Niet doen.

Geen bedrijf in Nederland. Onmogelijk om terug te sturen. Zeer slechte Engelstalige support. Begin er niet aan. Trap niet in positieve recensies. Het horloge is groot en dik.

The watch are rubbish, not all the things work correctly. The company is very difficult to deal with. The 90 day warranty is not worth a pinch of shi*.
I purchased 2, returned the items even tracking says they received the watchs, Ive lost my money.

Luxo försöker säga att jag ska ge bort den icke fungerande klockan till familj eller vänner. De vägrar lämna någon returadress.
Jag bad att få slippa deras löjliga rabatter på 5%,10% och 15% och betalar hellre hela priset bara jag slipper ha mer med dem att göra.
Nöjd kund garanti är en bluff utan like.

I ordered a watch in January but I never received it so I emailed them to see where my order was, they emailed me back to say the tracking was a confirmed delivery, I emailed them back to say the tracking proof was not my address or signature. They emailed me to check if it was delivered to neighbours, I email them to say it was not, another email from them saying they would investigate with logistics. After 5 weeks of waiting for a response I emailed them again to see where my order was, they responded with a email saying they would send a replacement watch. I didn't want a replacement by this time as it was taking them to long to sort the problem out, further emails back and fourth saying I didn't want a replacement sent but they wouldn't have it so I agreed for a replacement to be sent it's now may and I received a watch in the post when I opened it, it s a second hand watch that someone else has returned to them with their letter enclosed, another email to them asking why did I receive a returned watch from someone else from them, there reply was its a brand new watch even though I sent them photos of the used watch with the person's data on it and a copy of the person's letter. In the end I got a refund by doing a section 75 through my bank
Never buy from this company they are a total scam

Ik heb netjes het product ontvangen, echter retourneren is een ramp. Hoeveel mails je ook stuurt: het adres wordt niet gegeven!

The company luxosmart.uk leads you to believe it is based in the UK when in fact it is based in China. They don't have returns policy and the customer support is frustrating to say the least. If you want to return their product, you have to jump through hoops only to find out they will not pay for the return or the custom charges. The charges probably cost a significant amount meaning you would only get 50% of the cost of the watch. If you don't send the watch back, they will only give you a 15% refund. I haven't even mentioned the performance of the watch. It keeps disconnecting from the poor App that you need to download in order to use the watch.

I ordered this in December for £129 and I have had nothing but trouble with it, I am constantly having to reset it and the features don't work properly. My partner bought a watch from Argos at the same time as me for £29.99 and it is much better.
