Product besteld. Bezorger was voor de deur, ik was niet thuis maar had neerzettoestemming gegeven. Is mee terug gegaan met GLS, zou terug gestuurd worden. De informatie in de mail was niet goed genoeg voor Klarna dus heb wel mogen betalen zonder ook maar 1 product gezien te hebben.
Dus betaald zo der product te hebben gekregen. Met moeite contact via Instagram met Tryunik gehad, order kon niet geannuleerd worden maar zou opnieuw verstuurd word..nooit was van gezien, bijna €30,- zo de prullebak in!!!!

Een product besteld, wat ik terug wilde sturen. Contact gehad met de klantenservice en ik zou het geld terug krijgen en het product mogen houden. Het geldbedrag zou na 5 dagen op mijn rekening staan. Tot op heden nog niks ontvangen en geen reactie meer gekregen na herhalend contact gezocht te hebben

Het zijn oplichters. Producten nooit ontvangen. Bestel hier nooit je producten.

Zeer slecht alleen maar oplichterij en ik heb er geen goed woord voor over . Mensen geld afhandig maken en maar iin eigen zak steken .
Laat die lui zelf eens een keer gaan werken ......

Awful company!
Ordered in May, had a terrible reaction after using it where I looked like I'd used rough sandpaper on my skin. So painful!! Contacted customer services straight away, and well within the return period.
Was asked to submit videos of me using the item, photos of before and after etc. Jumped through all of the hoops and was only offered 30% refund even though I was well within the 100% money back period and had done everything they asked. Refused the partial refund and have since not had any responses to any further email communication since the summer!
Hard lesson learned! Avoid at all costs.
So sorry to hear how many others have had the same experience.

Ordered in May and still not received - email requests for another to be sent were not actioned and now a request for refund gets returned as unable to be delivered.

Absolutely awful. Product doesn't work and they don't reply when emailed. I will never be ordering again. Please avoid at all costs!

Totale Katastrophe. Auf dir erste Mail bezüglich der Rückgabe wurde mit einem Angebot mit 30% Nachlass geantwortet. Auf meine 2.Mail, dass ich auf die Rückgabe bestehe, wurden 50% Nachlass angeboten. Seit meiner 3.Mail bekomme ich keine Antwort mehr. Auf die 4.Mail auch nichts. Absoluter Betrug!!!

Artikel wat gekocht is is waardeloos. Doet gewoon niet wat het moet doen. Terugsturen kan niet. Ze beloven 50% korting te verlenen maar omdat de betaling via Klarna gaat geven ze dat niet aan hun door. Klarna vraagt om bewijzen, die stuur je dan maar ook zij manen je aan om te betalen. Tryunik zijn oplichters, en Klarna weet dat, gezien meerdere berichten van anderen met hetzelfde probleem. Je doet dus zaken met twee malafide bedrijven. Koop niets bij Tryunik en betaal nooit via Klarna.

Verschrikkelijk bedrijf. Verkopen troep en de klantenservice is drama.

Kristal haarverwijder set besteld maar vanwege de slechte reviews retour willen sturen (weet het, had vooraf moeten kijken) Op de site staat dat dit mogelijk is Maar terugsturen blijkt onmogelijk, er wordt nergens op gereageerd en ook na tussenkomst van Klarna bleek het onmogelijk dit retour te sturen.

Uiteindelijk dus moeten betalen voor iets waardeloos.

I ordered this product and within my first use it made me bleed quite severely and I followed all the instructions provided on the website and personally by email.
I emailed for a refund, to which I had to email at least 3 times for them to acknowledge I wanted a refund instead of sending me stupid information.
I provided all the evidence they asked for in terms of getting a refund for the 30 day money back guarantee. This again took 3/4 times for them to acknowledge and reply. They offered me 30% to which I declined, they offered me 50% to which I declined. I have now received an email to say I will be getting a full refund so we will see if this goes through.

It has now been 2 months with constant emails to which most were being ignored. I highly recommend you DO NOT order from this company!

Customer service is shocking! And the money back guarantee a complete scam. Do not bother to order this product. you will waste your money. And the only way to get refund it is to film how you are using it. So I need to film my groin and private area whilst using this product. You couldn't write itm This is absolutely repulsing. I had a serious skin reaction after using the product and so I contacted the customer service team. Not only they offered only 30% back with no further reply or explanation, also it has been way over a month and did not see a penny back into my account. Would advise everyone against the product.

Wäre, die nichts taugt, eine Reklamation wurde zwar bearbeitet aber die versprochenen Gutschrift kam nie an. I. Nachgang würde auf meine Mails auch nicht mehr geantwortet. NIE wieder!

Die Mailadresse die angegeben ist um die Retourenadresse zu erfragen führt auf eine invalide Domain.
Bei Verweigerung der Zahlung wird eine Retourenadresse in China genannt - ob das legal ist weiß ich nicht, wage es aber zu bezweifeln.
Für einen 20€-Artikel der das Material nicht Wert ist aber natürlich witzlos.

I ordered the product and directly changed my mind. So I contacted the company and asked if they could cancel my order. Two weeks afterwards they advised me to "just" not accept the package when it would arrive as it would be sent back to the origin then. That's what I did. Exactly as advised. And here we are three months later still in dispute with the "company" who is refusing to delete my open due payment in klarna which is just adding more and more fines for not paying on time for something I never received but they refuse to update in their system! Absolutely frustrating and really not recommended to waste your time and energy or trust this company and product!!

Produktet er ubrukelig. Kundeservicen er elendig, rettere sagt fraværende.

Men moet echt leren om eerst onderzoek te doen voor je een bestelling plaatst.
Je kunt namelijk hetzelfde item kopen op Temu of Aliexpress. En wel voor 3 euro.
Ook leuk; Check het adres wat je hier ziet, dat leid naar een Burger King. Leuk stekkie voor een ontharings dingetje hoor, Unik ;) Echt mensen, bescherm jezelf en koop niet in het wilde weg items op louche websites.

Product nooit ontvangen, geprobeerd contact te zoeken maar nog steeds geen reactie (al 3 maanden geleden). Koop hier niks!!!!
