Would give zero stars but can't. Absolutely awful experience. Pre ordered 3 Pokemon 151 UPC's didn't get them by release date. Emailed an was told they were delayed. Waited a couple more months. Same response again. Then they put a message on social media saying we would be getting refunds. Which didn't come. And the company has been wiped from the face of the earth. Absolute scumbags.

Was getting email correspondence at first which soon stopped. The company has now taken down its site etc.

I since placed an order with a different company which has the same phone number that sent me an order confirmation text from Pokefy 07360 274673. This company is called 'thecandypluguk' very likely to be the same person.

Couldn't fulfill the order again in which I was lucky enough to receive a refund for before questioning once I realised the number was the same from Pokefy.

He didn't like when I asked him about the phone number etc and has refused to help. Please go show him some 'love'.

I hope this helps, we can't allow him to keep setting up new business using the money he has stolen from his last.

Never received the goods I paid for. No communication from the company. Now the website and Facebook page has been removed. AVOID. THIS IS A SCAM

Bought 151 booster boxes from this company and all I've heard is excuses. Still not received anything. Had promises of a refund that has not materialised. Currently getting advice on legal action. Looks like I'm not the only one.

Only putt 1 * because cannot put 0!! Absolute scam do not use this company!!!!..still taking pre orders for people ..have reported as fraud!!

The owner, Ryan watson, has lied to people about getting their product and/or refunding them. He has deactivated the fb page for the company and is ignoring everyone who had pre ordered. The whole company is one dude just scamming people.

Took my money and never received items. No communication whatsoever. Only time I received a message was after I got my bank to intervene to get my money back. What a joke

Pre ordered a 151 premium collection box from this company, never received the item, nor a refund. They have since ceased responding to any emails. This company WILL steal your money and ignore you, please steer clear of them and stick with true honest companies.

Preordered 151 with them but after our initial discussion via emails, suddenly they stopped responding to my messages. Avoid.

I ordered two products from them, and only ever received one. I contacted Pokefy and they stated that the second product would come later. After a month I reached out to them about when the product would arrive but got no answer except for an automated message. I then contacted them again but this time for a refund, and still no reply. I contacted them a third time at which point it has been 3 months from my original email and still no answer. Please be careful when buying from them.

Awful service, took the money and only 1 item of the 3 bought turned up with having to contact the bank to retrieve money after over 2 months of waiting with no refund off the missing items i ordered.

SCAM company. Pre-ordered Pokemon 151 well in advance, received 1 email stating it would be delay and then nothing else despite emailing and messaging them countless times.
Received no response to my request for refund so had to process this through my bank.

Be careful ordering from them.

Ordered Pokemon 151 UPC and after countless emails they're refusing to refund me and since its been 120 days after clearpay. I've been scammed by Pokefy.

Ordered pokemon 151 premium collection set in July September came and there was an email that I’d be in the second lot in October that month came and went and on the 7th of December I had to request a refund as I could buy this on Amazon and have it here the next day to which I mentioned trading standards being involved next I got a very rubbish copy and paste attitude of an email like a few other customers got saying it’s suggested I read up on the company’s policy’s in future but this time the upc 151 would be refunded and to give it 10 days here we are Christmas Eve and nothing refunded robbing people from what other reviews are saying the owner has decided to blank people now and is saying he’s liquidating stock to make refunds on his fb page I have a feeling I’ve lost £120 now Merry Christmas never eat yellow snow and never buy from this business!!!.

The worst company I have ever dealt with.
Pre ordered the 151 booster packs. I had 0 communication of when they would arrive. When emailed and asked about ETA, 0 response. I emailed 10 times and got no response.

The delivery date was initially September. I still hadn't received any word from the company by December....

Frankly, I wouldn't have cared if they got delivered in January, but the company would not even respond or let me know when they were due.

Randomly just got an email to say my refund had been issued, essentially, without telling me, they just cancelled my order.

Bare in mind, 3 weeks on, I am still chasing this refund and am having to go through my credit card company to get back (THANK GOD I USED MY CREDIT CARD)

Would never use this company again. Worst customer service ever

As you can see from the other reviews, have been beyond poor in regards to the 151 preorder. I preordered my booster bundles in July, months in advance to avoid any of this trouble, but here we are 5 months later with no products.

Zero communication or updates unless you chase multiple times, despite claiming recently they’re always open with customers.

Now they’re trying to not fulfil the order and issue refunds, month later, but the booster bundles I ordered are now more than 50% more expensive than when I purchased them, so will cost me a lot more to try and replace.

Disappointing as you want to support these smaller companies, but just terribly organised and run. Recommend you avoid if you don’t want to end up disappointing your kids with their gifts never arriving.
