Don’t trust them
Gutted really, bought a palm angel t shirt and a off white one as well and the off white t shirts had streaks through it which looked like dirt that I can’t get out and the palm angels teddy is Peeling off after one wash like it’s been stuck on by PVA glue. After contacting Luxo fashion they told me there was nothing they can do when it’s them that sent out that poor quality in the first place. I would definitely fined somewhere else to buy your clothes and not do what I did and basically trust that LuxoFashion was legit and then waste nearly £400 on stuff that ain’t wearable now.

Firstly, thank you for your feedback.
We take customer related issues extremely seriously and have professional approaches to reach fair outcomes for our customers. We followed this up on an urgent basis and advised a thorough investigation would be carried out.
As mentioned on our email, your images were sent to the factory and your claim was rejected due to no fault being found.
There were no mentions of "dirt" marks in your email trail and we quality check every single item without fail prior to dispatch. If "dirt" marks were found, customers would naturally follow this up on an urgent basis, not 10 weeks after delivery. All items are brand new and thorough quality checks are carried our prior to attaching a security tag.
Both Palm Angels & Off-White are our best sellers and we haven't received any similar complaint or issue. If both T-Shirts have received issues after washing & tampering, this is unfortunately out of our control. Such products should be handled with care via the washing instructions on the tags.
We're sorry that you've experienced an issue with your products however no manufacturer's faults were found and we are unable to assist after your tampering & washing of the items.
We're genuinely sorry we weren't able to assist on this occasion.

I ordered a amiri top for my husbands birthday, he has worn it twice and I have washed the item once according to the label on the t-shirt. I am very disappointed with the quality of the top it has bobbled up and looks really old and the material looks rough. I have paid £300 for this top this isn’t my money’s worth. I would have never ordered with you guys if I knew this was the case I am very annoyed and have been let down. The order was under a different name and a different email address. I wouldn’t complain for no reason. You can’t just assume it wasn’t dry cleaned I own a dry cleaners and it was washed there by my professional cleaning team. I owe so many designer clothes I always wash them according to the label at my dry cleans, with professional trained staff!!. What do u mean u can’t do anything I paid £300 for this top I need it sorted.I will take this further than this.

We have located the order under Sana Shaheen and have responded to you directly via email. The reason you have experienced issues with your item is because the product is specifically DRY CLEAN ONLY. As per the washing tag and instructions, it needs a specialist dry clean and should not be tampered with in any other way. This will unfortunately explain your issues.

Very good online service. Despite returning item as it was not suitable, my return was handled professionally. So would use again.
Not currently offering a free returns service though so bear that in mind when purchasing.
