Luxans Arvostelua

A good friend of mine told me about your website and how great your orthopaedic shoes were. I have been looking for a decent pair of comfortable shoes for work as I stand for long periods at a time and I always have aching feet and lower back pain afterwards my friend recommended these shoes as they would help me.

No issues so far, still awaiting to receive the item

My Harrington jacket arrived safely within a week with free delivery and I love it.

Fast service

Website very user friendly and your choice of lighting for what I was looking for was plentiful. Your prices are competitive, your descriptions are thorough and informative. Free delivery and estimated delivery date very satisfactory .

Great price and offers on Salamon hiking shoes, so good I bought 2 pairs. Website easy to navigate. Confirmation on order quickly despatched.

Luxans website was easy to navigate when I was purchasing shoes it set out the sizes for you to easily work out your size and the pictures of the shoes were very good.
Thank you for making it easy to purchase.

The price and booking system was easy and great

Great website and even better discount

Quick easy purchasing process.
Immediate processing of order and communications via email.
Easy tracking of order.

Great kettle! Beautiful!

BEWARE!! They advertise same-day dispatch via Australia Post, yet over a week later my order has still not been dispatched and the tracking link provided to me on multiple occasions is invalid.
They claim to have a Melbourne store, however I have serious concerns about whether the store image shown on their website is genuine or ai generated.
I was also offered a 50% refund in exchange for leaving a review. I did so, but the refund was never provided and my questions about it have been ignored.
I have now reported the matter to my bank and the ACCC. Save yourself the hassle and do not order from this website!!

Be detailed and specific. Provide useful and constructive feedback

Ordering process as simple as possible, remembering not everyone is computer savie.

It took a while to get here but it was worth it at the end.

SCAMMERS. Avoid at all costs. Order placed in August for items "In Stock".
Over two weeks later the tracking showed the items were "Being Processed" in China. When I emailed them to find out where my items were I was told that there was a delay but they were in transit and I should receive them soon.

At 3:30am the following morning I got an email saying "Failed Attempted Delivery. No-one was home". I emailed them and got a reply saying the courier had refused the delivery because they were oversized and had returned them.

One lie after another!

So easy to find the perfect lenses to replace the one I had cracked. Website was super smooth the navigate to what I needed. No more throwing away perfectly good frames anymore.
