Luxans Arvostelua

Fast and easy online purchase. Once the order was placed, I emailed them with a follow-up question, and they responded immediately. Impressed with how quickly they responded and would definitely recommend them.

we were looking for interesting/unique table lights and your store had plenty of choice

Well illustrated web page made selection of our purchase easy, plus free freight is an added bonus.

The site was easy to navigate offering simple size charts to ensure correct size, no added delivery fee was also great, cant wait to receive the shoes.

Fantastic selection of beautiful lights for my new house. Was almost too hard to choose given the amazing selection and prices that made narrowing my choice all the more challenging. I wanted three times as many as I need (or can fit in my house).
The size/colour ranges for a lot of the lights added to my shopping dilemma. Information and quality of photographs and images on each light really helpful. Will definitely be back 😊

Easy to navigate, ample options and great pricing on an amazing product.

First of all, their website is highly misleading, these guys are NOT Australian based, they are based in China, the items say in stock ships in say 3 days, as you are led to believe they are in Australia 3 days seems reasonable and I placed my order. 3 weeks later I was still waiting, I took them to task, and they apologized about their website. when the jacket finally arrived, it was more than two sizes too small, I'm and honest 2XL I even used their online measurement chart before ordering, but the jacket they shipped was a SM at best. I wrote to them and they offered me, if I paid another $29.64 I could choose another items to the same value as my original purchase. I argued this and they offered me 15% partial refund then 25%. none of this was my fault and I wanted a full refund or replacement; they told me I have to pay to return the jacket and they would only give me 25%, WTF, I sent them a copy of the Consumer Protection Act, and they have ignored me since. DO NOT for any reason buy from these people.

Easy to find the best product and to complete the payment process

Good description of the mirror large range to choose from so you get the right one for your needs. The company keeps you posted throughout your purchase ✨️

Loved how you processed my cover straight away

Fast, easy and a great web site show on. Not the cheapest out there, but I trust it

Great service and easy to use online shopping experience

Website easy to navigate and well set out. Ordering was quick and easy it was only a couple of minutes and done.

Easy to order online. Good range of products and good communication.
Will definitely shop here again.

Customer Service is second to none. After an issue with sizing, the customer service team was on top of it with a quick solution to my problem. No need to keep trying to contact them. They answered all my emails immediately and acted so fast with a solution. I feel very comfortable buying from Lucans again. The quality of the clothing is also very good. I’m a very satisfied customer.

It was easy to order, all information was on the page. Size material etc. The whole process was fast.

The cosy fleece was of extremely high quality and extremely soft to touch and matched the colour in the photo. I was also updated on the shipping process on a regular basis. A great experience overall.

I ordered the dvd r w player on 28 Aug 2026, delivered to the local courier on 4 Sept 2026 and was delivered to me on 8 Sept 2026. I found that I did need to down load additional software to play dvds, but as yet have not tested the w function.

The beautiful light for a start. Just gorgeous. The prompt dispatch of the order and the reasonable price. Generally a good experience.

Excellent experience and product
