This was a gift for my daughter at Christmas. Item arrived on time, was well packaged, and had a very good appearance to it. Took a little bit of time to get the paper size just right, but it did work, and had fun with it.

Delivery was quick and arrived in good condition. Product looked great like they stated.

If you’re looking at similar products for the wand that shoots fire, this is the ONLY reliable place to get it!!! I would 100% order from Lumitero again. The delivery was fast and the product is of great quality. I’m a very satisfied customer :)

Please disregard my previous review. Lumitero is an amazing company. First of all: The dumbledore magic wand I ordered is just amazing. Fast delivery, High quality. Second of all, they made an error and forgot to send a pack of flash paper . After I sent them a mail and solved the problem, they compensated and sent me the flash paper without any extra costs. Amazing. Thank you lumitero.

The delivery was very fast, only 6 days it is delivered. Keycee told me they have the US warehouse so it is a lot faster and I do not need to pay any tarriffs which is amazing. The fireball wand is also very cool, just load enough flash paper and it shoot so far, a lot of fun!!

I initially left a poor review due to country of origin and expected delivery times not being immediately obvious.

However, I cannot praise lumitero.com, and (My point of contact), enough for taking onboard the points I initially raised on Trustpilot, and they have adjusted their website accordingly. I am sure not many websites would care, but this was not the case with Lumitero.

My initial 2-star rating is a solid 5. As an additional surprise, and despite my later finding my wand was being shipped from China, it arrived in 6 days, and I am very pleased with it.

However, I would suggest always check expected delivery times on the website.

Absolutely magical experience! The flaming wand arrived faster than the Golden Snitch - it was shipped the same day I ordered it! The workmanship is incredible (it looks just like something from Ollivanders) and I highly recommend it to all Potter fans!

This is hands down the best fire wand I’ve tried so far. Super easy to reload and it throws out HUGE fireballs like it’s nothing 🔥🔥 I get 3 solid shots before needing to charge. The design is chef’s kiss—feels like I snatched it off a movie set.
