A great wand that truly was magical.
My little Harry Potter fan loved it! She had some much fun. Delivery also came in time for Christmas, so that was a bonus as I thought I had ordered too late

Everything was smooth fast and easy. No hassle, shipping didn’t take long at all and I would definitely purchase another wand in the future based on quality and overall experience. Others might scam you, Lumitero isn’t one of them.

Lumitero is the mvp for fire wands.... Impressed me tbh

Writing here and on google.

Another buyer of the fake incendio wand and charging back. charged for hidden customer service fee andlack of emails. Wand arrived 30 days later and button fell inside after 2 attempts. Hot garbage.

LUMITERO **though....**Impressed. I didnt think quality would be better but this is a quality wand. Worked first attempt following instructions and drying the paper. I bought 2 so ill need to test the second but already winning in my book.

LUMITERO Pros:

-Google reviews (legit and business location)
-Wand works
- according to reviews they believe in quality and will replace the wand. It even shipped to me in 5 days in US from Singapore.

The first item had a malfunction, it was replaced with a new one, which does function properly. Thank you for the service!

The product is so fun

The product is amazing everyone loves them they are a lot of fun.
I had an issue with delivery that was a fault of mine and they work as fast as they could customer service was outstanding they were so polite and did everything they could to resolve the issue with fast responses and managing to solve the problem with no hassle.

So I rate them highly!

Good products, good customer service

Really pleased with both the products and customer service. We had a couple of issues with a wand not working and one order not being delivered. After I spoke to customer service, replacements were sent immediately.

Best present

Was a gift for my mom. She absolutely loves the wand. The wand is well made and really shoots fire! It arrived on time.

Perfect !!

We offered the Harry Potter wand to our son (8) and Hermione’s to our daughter (10). They both loved it! It comes in a very nice box, the wand itself is beautiful, and the fire effect is magical!!
I wouldn’t use it indoors, and I recommend supervising them when they play outside (especially when it’s dry in summer).
