Luminairesignature Arvostelua 

Nach der Bestellung habe ich lange nichts gehört, bis dann eine Mail kam, dass die Farbe (Holzwahl) der Lampe derzeit nicht lieferbar ist. Ich habe mich anschliessend für eine andere Farbe entschieden, danach ist die Lampe nach 1-2 Wochen geliefert worden. Mir gefällt das Produkt sehr gut, auch wenn ich die Qualität nicht sehr hochwertig erachte und die Lampen auf den Bildern etwas schöner aussehen als im Original.

Na ons retour wachten we al weken op ons geld terug. Er is op geen mogelijkheid contact met dit bedrijf te krijgen en reageren nergens op!

They are scammers, stay away from them.

Same as everyone’s complaint. The SHOP app where I ordered the bags had reviews that seemed too good to be true. Unfortunately, there was no option to leave a review, so I Googled how to do it and, luckily, Google helped me find this spot.

Long story short: the quality sucks. 😩 It was a buy-one-get-one deal for $99.99, but when I received the bags, I was so disappointed with the quality. Even at $50 each, I don’t think they’re worth it. I’d rather spend my money on MK, where the material is trusted and is more likely to last, compared to this brand’s products.

Anyway, I emailed them, and the person I spoke with seemed confused and gave me some very confusing instructions. She eventually apologized, and I accepted her apology.

But the worst part? I have to return the items all the way to China from the U.S., and I’m responsible for the return shipping fee. 😤

I’m just hoping they stop misleading people with heavily filtered photos of their products. What you see in the pictures is NOT what you get! Be careful and do your research before purchasing.

les articles sont quand même à un prix élevé et quelle surprise en ouvrant le carton que tout est en kit.
Il faut le temps de vernir sinon les mouches s'en occupent, puis le temps de les monter.
ça ne vaut pas plus de 30€ la pièce et surtout prévenir le client.
De plus impossible d'avoir une facture.
Bref! nous n'y reviendrons pas

Le produit convient à nos attentes et la livraison a été rapide.

Article présenté comme une Fabrication Française et haut de gamme(le site le met en avant) alors qu'il s'agit de produit made in China ce qui était écrit en gros sur le carton quand je l'ai réceptionné;attention produit non qualitatif et en plus expédié en kit.

Les luminaires sont arrivés rapidement,
Ils sont conformes à l'image. Elles sont magnifiques. Je suis très satisfaite.

they scammed me out of $163.86.

Buyer be aware, the company is misleading customers. The products advertised on website are not the products actually ship. Not matching the site description. What I received was completely different from what was shown and described, which feels deceptive. The return process is even worse; they make returns unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. I would strongly advise anyone considering buying from this company to think twice.

Nous avons commandé 2 appliques. L une était défectueuse. J ai envoyé un mail et Raphael nous a rappelés un samedi aprés midi pour nous conseiller et proposer de renvoyer une applique. Sa réactivité nous a bcp plu. J attends donc la nouvelle applique et n hésiterai pas à recommander sur ce site vu le service aprés vente!!! Merci encore à raphael!

I hope this is for the bag company as they are deceptive here masking as a furniture or lighting company (clever). Hands down (thank goodness only ordered 2 bags and spent $100) the worst quality bags I have ever seen. Wanted to give as gifts but these are so poorly made; cheapest material, smells like they were made in an auto shop, stitches torn/pulled, smeared paint/glue over the stitching just awful. Would be so embarrassed to give these as gifts I will throw them away. Looks NOTHING like the pictures, quality or texture-wise. Refunds near impossible as you have to pay 50-60 just to ship back to China, costing at least half the purchase, not worth it. YOU pay what you get for, its cheap for a reason they are horrifyingly terrible. You can find better quality at flea markets and junk thrift shops even better than this garbage.

My experience with Lume Signature has been absolutely disastrous. I received my product on May 2nd, and the same day, I contacted customer service because it was damaged. I bought two items, one of which was supposed to be free as part of a promotion, but both were faulty. Despite sending over a hundred emails, customer service was completely unresponsive. After two and a half months, they still refuse to issue a refund or help. They now demand I pay for shipping the item back to China myself, which is more expensive than the product. This is the worst customer service I have ever had. After all this time, I will never buy from them again. Avoid this company at all costs

Ibought a product from this shop and the quality was very bad. I contacted them many times by email, but they did not reply properly. I also waited for about a week, but I did not get any update or refund message. I went back to ask for a refund, but it was refused, and I did not get a proper solution or support. I am disappointed with the service and how my issue was handled. I would not recommend this shop and I suggest others do not buy anything from here.

achat d'une suspension à 119 € (et en promo encore !!), le site vente ses produits hauts de gamme et laissant entendre que c'est Français, au final, on a reçu une suspension en kit, bois tellement fin, limite carton, sans notice. Le tout ne doit pas peser plus de 200 g ! et ça vient de Chine ! Bref, on dirait une suspension de chez Temu à 10 €, vendue plus de 10 fois son prix. Normalement, retour sous 14 jours, j'attends toujours les consignes de retour ! Bref, fuyez, ce sont des voleurs !

The quality of the bags are so sub standard. Don’t fall for buy one get one free. The pictures on the website are nothing like the bags they send. Their support email for refunds is a joke. They don’t acknowledge the purchase to begin with. Unbelievable poor customer support.

Jeg er meget utilfreds med de lamper jeg har modtaget. For det første ligner de slet ikke produktbillederne på hjemmesiden. Farven, udseendet og finishen er langt fra det, man forventer ud fra billederne.

For det andet er kvaliteten virkelig dårlig. Lamperne ser billige ud og virker ikke særligt holdbare. De lever på ingen måde op til den pris eller beskrivelse, der er givet.

For det tredje tog leveringen ekstremt lang tid. Ventetiden var langt længere end forventet, og kommunikationen omkring forsinkelsen var utilstrækkelig.

Alt i alt en meget skuffende oplevelse, og kan på ingen måde anbefale denne hjemmeside.
