I placed an order with this company on March 8th and as of today April 10th I've received nothing. After checking the tracking info that was sent to me by support it showed the the vehicle broke down, they tried to deliver it and there was no one to sign( when I'm literally home every day), they tried to deliver again and the access code to the property didn't work when there is no code for my house. When asked about these bogus updates he stopped replying to me. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A SCAM!!!

They are a scam company as soon as you go to the website it says that all orders will be processed as fraud if you don't contact their customer service first that's the first message that pops up on the screen and then they send you a message after placing the order saying the order is being processed but it takes some like two weeks to process to order so you can't file a dispute on the transaction the company is a legitimate scam and they need to be off Google

I ordered it on the 19th of March and today is April the 5th. I don't know what's going on and it don't look like I can get a refund.
Lumen is a complete loser.
As soon as Lumen (Quantum Fiber) bought Centurylink in Las Vegas the service has only gone downhill. Regular monthly outtages are common.
Late fees: While we have been dependable customers the past 12 years, not missing a payment, we were 5 days late on one over the holidays this year. What did Lumen do? They issued us a 36% surcharge on our normal monthly bill. Think about that one for a minute. Not even credit card companies charge 36% for a late payment.
Tech Support: While Centurylink used to handle this well, Lumen outsources to countries that speak almost no English. Not only can they not understand what you are talking about, they do not have the ability to access your account in the Lumen system using your account number.
Lumen.com is a complete loser. And is beginning to look like us like one of the worst run utilities in Southern Nevada.

Phones have never worked properly, calling in for anything is a NIGHTMARE. And customer service is RUDE.

They run CenturyLink. So this review pertains to both Lumen and CenturyLink. CenturyLink has had to repair my internet well over a dozen times in the last year alone. The last few techs have told me over the phone that the cause of the outages is due to the landlord's set up...I'm in an apartment complex.
I've heard that the ll's equipment is outdated, positioned wrongly, etc. Each tech has advised me that they've spoken to the landlord about the problem. Yet it persists, and I estimate that I've gone a good month without internet over the last year, again, within a 12-month period. Prior to that, it was even worse.
So, my ll declines all responsibility, and claims that CL has never approached them regarding any internet issue. Since many of my neighbors have also been impacted by this issue (per repair techs), I find this hard to believe. But I've requested records of the repairs, notes, outage causes, etc. from CL, and they're refusing to cooperate.
Yesterday a supervisor named Jaylee promised me she'd send me a history of all of my chat transcripts to my email within one day. She didn't. She sent me a copy of our chat. The chats would have at least proven that I had to request these repairs.
But they wouldn't have held the ll liable. I've explained to CL/Lumen that if the ll is the problem, it would be in their own best interest to cooperate with me and provide me with records so that I can get the ll to fix this issue.
No dice. They're dodgy, their company headquarters are very difficult to find or access, and their front line simply couldn't care less.
AVOID LUMEN AT ALL COST
Well we got rolled into lumen from level 3...then decided to do an upgrade of our phones. The process has been going on for 8 months now and we have had no phone service at all for 2 months. Employees are having to use cell phones. The activation has been going on for more than 2 months, no one seems to know what they're doing, they expect the customer to know the lumen system and ridiculously bad portal. We have 4 accounts for one office...its insane. They were supposed to finish activation yesterday...the THIRD activation for the new phones and the tech just failed to show up...we've been without working phones in our office for 2 months....let that sink it. AVOID LUMEN at all cost.

Of all the dating websites I’ve tried, I feel this one is the best.
Lumen is for the over 50s only. Almost all of the profiles appear genuine, unlike POF, but of course we always have to be very careful because a dating website is like meeting a stranger in a bar! In Ireland there are not enough men on the site yet but hopefully that will change in time, as they are a fairly new entity on the dating scene.
I had occasion to contact them by email a few times to ask some questions. They always respond and I mean a real person responds and in a very friendly and professional manner. This is very impressive.
I am using their free membership option and I can send and receive messages. I wish this site a lot of luck and success and that more and more men and women in Ireland, gay and straight, who seek a meaningful relationship, would take a chance and join Lumen.com.
By the way, they are based in the UK.
I’ve yet to meet my prince but that is not Lumen’s fault.
