A Huge Scam Ordered Two Beautiful Dresses As They Were On The Website And Only Received One Dress That Looked Like It Was From The Thrift Store Which The Quality Was Not As It Was On The Website!!! DONT BUY FROM THIS PLACE

I ordered 2 items and I only received 1 item. The material of the item that I received was very bad, very different than what they described in their website, very cheap and thin material. I didn’t received my 2nd item until I sent at least 2 to 3 emails to the customer service, which was approximately 4 weeks after. When I received the 2nd item, the style, colour and size are completely different than what I ordered. And when I sent an email to the customer service about the SKU (product number) they said they never have the product? I also have included the screenshot of my invoice.
Until this day, I have asked for a refund and it took them about 1 to 2 weeks to reply 1 email. That’s how bad is the customer service is.
This website is a SCAM! Be careful all of you who is buying from this website.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! It's a scam they have horrible customer service. They won't refund my order that was "presale" which is a LIE. They take days to respond. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE I wish I would have read reviews before wasting my money.

This is not an actual company. They do not send what you ordered and send something different. When asking for a refund they refusing a scam. They ignore and block my email they don’t even reply back after I choose to get my full refund for the order their site is connect to a China manufacturer what you pay for is not what you get! And it takes 1-2 months for you to receive your purchase but the site is not cheap! I paid almost $130 for this dress and I got a very different and terrible material different style and different color dress. Not the same dress I paid for. it’s a scam

This is not an actual company. They do not send what you ordered and send something different. When asking for a refund they refusing claiming some issues with their service. A scam.

The absolute worst company in the entire world!!!!!!! I paid $34 dollars for shipment. It took almost a month to arrive and then i received the wrong items. I bought 4 dresses and only received two. Which were the wrong items. Please do not fall for their scam! Also they are impossible to get ahold of. There is no number to call. You can only email them and they take an extremely long time to answer.

I wish I had read more reviews before I ordered from them. Completing a return, even though they claim that returns are accepted, is a nightmare. They are not returning my money. I've now wasted money and feel like a fool. I wish the product was true to size but it is WAY WAY WAY small. I am a small and I ordered a large and it was still too small.

I wish I had read more reviews before I ordered from them. Completing a return, even though they claim that returns are accepted, is a nightmare. You have to ship the product to China and pay for your own shipping cost. My product is also stuck in limbo in Chinese customs, possibly never to be found, and they are not returning my money. I've now wasted $130 (between what I bought and the return shipping cost) and feel like a fool.

As far as the quality of the products themselves, it's just ok--seem a little cheap.

Do not get suckered like I did!

Don't buy from this company. They don't tell you on the website that if THEY make a mistake and send you the wrong clothes you have to pay to return them for you to get a refund. I provided evidence of what I ordered and what they sent and they refused to refund in full or pay for the return shipping, I was offered a partial refund for their mistake!! Appalling

Will never order from here again. It’s been 3 months and I have a month left of my pregnancy. They take your money but don’t provide the product complete theft. Can’t get ahold of an actual person either or a return email.

PURE GARBAGE. paid an extra $31 for expedited 6-9day shipping and it's been over a month now. I already had my baby. 2 out of 3 dresses came in (late of course) and they are pure garbage. one had so much extra material around the breasts I don't think a DD would even be enough, and the other one is the same material as a shower curtain. trying to get my money back and customer service is RIDICULOUS. I'm going to have to go through my credit card company and fight the charges. OH.. and one of the dresses isn't even from them- ITS SHEIN! lol what a load of BS

UPDATE: called the number provided by one of the reviewers below. get a load of this- he first wanted to screen share my laptop claiming thats the only way he can issue me a refund. when I declined that he said ok ill get my money back in 2 days. I asked him for a confirmation email stating as such and he hung up on me. DEF a scam. this is going through my bank now.

I placed my order before reading the reviews and I was so worried that I wanted to cancel my order. I reached out to cancel and received a response within 24 -48 hours they did give me the option to cancel or keep my order with a discount on my next purchase. I kept my order to see what would happen because I already had a plan b in case I didn’t receive my items so I wanted to just wait it out and see. Their is no way to get tracking information without contacting them. I didn’t receive an order confirmation or anything indicating that my purchase was
received or even on its way. I’ve gone to the website several times and haven’t been able to see my order. However I did receive my items ALL OF THEM and maybe 2 days after the time given it said 10-15 days I believe I purchased on 03/17/2021 received my items 04/02/21. So from my experience I would say communication was far from the best tracking information was horrible but I did receive what I ordered and within a reasonable time. You really have to reach out to them which is not what I liked about the whole situation again i was concerned because of the reviews or else I probably wouldn’t have.

Seriously terrible and scam .

I ordered the maternity dress and two matching cloth with baby. They said it will take 7 days to ship but I heard nothing after 10 days. Therefore there was no way it would have arrived by the time of full pregnancy term.
So I requested the cancellation. That was THEn they finally replied my mail saying how can we keep going on the order? I was like “ what? It is too late I don’t need it any more. Just give me money back”

Then after a few days I received the email they cannot accept the refund request because the order was shipped. I tracked the item and realized they shipped AFTER I had a conversation with that gUy regarding cancellation!!

By then I already have talked to my bank and thankfully they resolved the issue and refund full money for me.

Item was delivered to Canada from China in 8 days. Item look super cheap and low quality.

They sent me only one item out of 3.
Now I got this sad looking maternity dress and got full money back too.

If you are struggling with getting money back, talk to your bank and most likely they will help you out to get money back!!

NEVER SHOP HERE!!! Late delivery, items NOT AT ALL as pictured, AWFUL customer service, and returning your item will cost 3x the amount of your purchase. It’s a scam, don’t do it!!!

Ordered black turtleneck gown for maternity shoot and got patchwork deep v-neck multicolored dress not for maternity. Tried to contact their only customer service email and was told that I needed to keep the dress and they would issue me a voucher of $22 for the website. When I tried to respond they had disconnected from the email chain and I could only email myself. Had to contact bank to dispute charge.

I never received my order I try to contact them this no number for customer service and I try to email them no response. I'm really disappointed.

I ordered 2 dresses for my baby shower a month in advance. The item arrived after my baby shower. And the one item that was delivered was not even remotely close to what I ordered. Total scam.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!! Do NOT BUY!! Not even worth 1 star. Dresses ESPECIALLY are not the same as photos AT ALL!! I wish I could post the photos just to show how inaccurate the product sent is from the photos. I ordered a maternity dress that was around $50 or more. (Spent $100 on items through this site) and the dress was missing material.missing the belt and Was NOT even the same design as in photo of dress ordered and boob pads was also not made correctly and were made directly beside the sleeves. Which the sleeves were also missing. I waited almost 1 month to receive this dress/ table cloth and scheduled my maternity photos around this dress that I loved in the photo for this to happened to me just weeks before my baby is due and not I just have to hope I find something else. I’m soooooo disappointed!
