My dress took FORVER to arrive. I had time to wait 2 months, order from etsy and their package came within two weeks. When I reached out to lukalulu to cancel the order they said my item had shipped but in the website the status said unshipped. I waited for my package ( which one dress arrived when I ordered 2) and I like the other one better so I emailed lukalulu for a refund. They listed options for me since they don't do returns. The option ( not plural) was a 13 dollar voucher when I spent 60 dollars. I informed them that I looked at their return policy before purchasing and that I would be contacting the bank to dispute these charges.

If I could rate them zero stars I would. I ordered two maternity dresses from them for a maternity shoot and my baby shower. At first I did not receive a confirmation email which I thought odd. After waiting a couple of days and checking my spam, I emailed customer service to see if the order actually went through. A couple days later they replied confirming that the order was received and would take 7-10 business days to process. Since I still had two months until my events I didn’t stress too much about it. After a couple weeks of still not receiving a an email just confirming my order, I tried checking on my order using the track order function on their website (using the confirmation number that I happened to screenshot on my phone when I made the order). The track order section didn’t work so I contacted customer service once again. After not hearing from them for a couple days I got nervous and started reading reviews of the company online (something I should have done beforehand). After reading negative review after negative review about the quality of the garments received and how long it takes for them to send anything I once again contacted customer service. This time I requested that my order be canceled and my money refunded (the cancel feature on their website also does not work). After a couple days I received a reply apologizing and asking if I would instead accept 15% off of my next order for the delay. I declined the offer and reiterated my desire to cancel. Instead of canceling my order as I asked they sent me a reply with the the same offer... FOUR TIMES. The company only promised to cancel my order and issue a refund when I got tired of rejecting and threatened to just go through my bank for the refund all while writing negative reviews and reporting them to the BBB. I was told that my refund may take 3-7 business days to go through. Since this is fairly standard I begrudgingly waited. Two weeks later without receiving a refund I contacted customer service once again. A couple days later they replied saying that the refund failed and offered me a cash coupon that could be used on my next purchase on their website. I declined. The next day I received a reply once again offering the cash coupon and stating that the refund channel had been closed so the company couldn’t issue a refund because too much time had passed. I replied telling them that this was unacceptable, I had first attempted to cancel my order and requested a refund over a month ago, any delay was the result of them dragging their feet and playing games. I once again told them I would go through my bank for the refund, report them to the BBB and write negative reviews, which brought me here to write this.

Scam avoid. What a waste of time and money.

I would give them 0 stars if it was an option.. ordered a maternity dress and paid more expensive shipping to get it here in time for our shoot. Item is nothing like the picture. I took a chance on it because it was under $100 and had returns. But when I emailed customer service they said that instead of returning due to high shipping prices, that I'm responsible for, I could purchase it again for a cheaper price and a different size or they would give me a $20 voucher.. NO THANKS.

This website is a scam. Please do not ourchase from them like I did. I was fooled. Don not waste your hard earned money on this fraud. I ordered a maternity dress in December and it did not come until march. By then I had given given birth and was not able to take maternity pictures. The dress that arrived was not the dress in the picture. It was a complete dissapointment and nothing like the dress I thought I was purchasing and paid for.

This website is a huge scam, what you get isn’t what you order and for the price it’s 100% not worth it. I never received a confirmation email for my order and after emailing several bot emails regarding this, I wanted to cancel my order and days later they told me they could not cancel it because it was already being sent out. Terrible customer service. Don’t waste your money. Do not use this website!!!!

This website is a scam. I ordered two dresses that took three weeks to get. The day I received my dresses I tried to request a refund for both my items however they have the website for contacting a customer representative is a knock-off because the captcha code doesn’t allow you to submit your request. FAKE A** WEBSITE!! They will give you the run around with a 13$ voucher then offer you a 31$ voucher and completely ignore your refund. Once your five day returning period is passed, they will refuse your refund and blame you for not requesting a refund within the appropriate time. DON’T BUY UNLESS YOU LIKE TO SPEND MONEY ON RECEIVING CHEAP MATERIAL!!

If ZERO was an option, that would be my rating.
I have been dealing with this company for 2 months regarding a dress order that never shipped. I requested a refund nearly 3 weeks ago and was told it would be handled in 7-10 days. I have yet to receive my near $80 back.

I followed up via email on 2 occasions and have not received a response.

This is the most disgusting place I have dealt with. Stay away from them.

The quality is nothing like that of the pictures! The fabric/ cut/ color are all different! I was charged for items that I did not receive or order. Over a month, and still have not received a full refund!

I am not happy at all. First of all, I ordered 2 dresses a month ago one for myself for my baby shower, and another for my toddler daughter. They were beautiful, well it took a month to get here and I kept struggling contacting anyone! I got my order today! Im 35 weeks pregnant and dont live where maternity clothes are sold anywhere near by- my baby shower is in a week—I got the cheapest little dress in the mail today. It looks exactly like 50’s bed skirt. Its blue. The dresses I ordered were pink!!!! & I only got one dress. I spent $65 on 2 dresses and received an EXTREMELY ugly dress not 2!! I have been crying all morning!

I ordered a maternity dress from this site because they had a dress that looked nice, and despite the reviews, I thought, "how bad could it be?" Well, now I can tell you - absolutely has been a nightmare. They are the shadiest company I have every dealt with. When they did not provide a tracking number or order status after over 2.5 weeks, I sent 3 emails but got no reply. When it was obvious that the maternity dress was still not shipped and it would arrive much later than my maternity photoshoot date, I sent another email asking them to cancel my unshipped order. No response. Sent another 2 follow ups. Finally someone responded just to say that instead of canceling the order like I asked, they will offer me an extra voucher if I go through with the order. I said no thank you and asked them to cancel. Another few days go by, and I send another follow up. They replied with another voucher offer. Why is it so hard to just cancel an order? Their business practice is shady AF. They purposely string you along until the order ships and then you are stuck with the dress whether you like it or not (since you have to pay shipping back to them for a product you don't want). Absolutely ridiculous customer service.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. Website lures you in with claims that delivery takes 2 weeks maximum when it has nearly been a month and I only received one dress and it's size is WAY off. I ordered a L and they sent me 3XL!! I wanted a couple maternity dresses for my shower and maybe some photos, but I won't even be pregnant anymore by the time the other dress arrives (and/or the correct size). Their "order has been dispatched" claim is such BS it was "dispatched" but not delivered for three weeks or longer? I'm going to give them a terrible review on Google as well.

Avoid this place at all costs. I never received tracking information and when I went to the website to track, it still says order processing 3 weeks later. I submitted a ticket to request an update and received an email that I'm getting a partial refund. There was no other explanation or update. After reading other reviews, I'm even less confident in their customer service and am going through my credit card company to get a refund. Even the positive reviews here are obviously fake. Wish I had done a little more research

Don’t waste your time unless you have time to wait. Website says 7 days to ship. Well... I’m still waiting. I tried to put my order number in on the website and the website doesn’t show anything about my order. I reached out to ask what the problem is and I received an email two days later stating I have to be patient. How can a pregnant woman with a set photo shoot set a month after my purchase be patient? Still I have no confirmation that my order has even been processed and three weeks have gone by. I emailed customer service to cancel my order and NO RESPONSE. I had to dispute the charge made on my card. Crappy company. I should have read the reviews first.

They are fraud. Brought an item 2 months ago they never send it to keep saying it might take few more days to prepared and when I ask for a refund they say they cannot refund it as the channel is closed. I wish I could post their email here.

If I could give no stars at all, I would!! I will NEVER order from this company again!! 1st - I never got a confirmation email for my order. 2nd - the maternity jean shorts I ordered never came.. instead they were regular Jean shorts (NOTHING like the ones ordered!). & 3rd - the dress I ordered for my maternity pictures... omg this dress... it is not the same color, it is the cheapest made I have ever seen in my entire life, it was coming apart, it was just cut off tulle, it was see through, it is very itchy & thin! I am so disappointed I wasted any money at all & time on this!!

I just experience the worst customer service. I called the customer service number and the guy who answered the phone was so rude. he told that he would have to call me back in 15 minutes to refund my money. I asked him why he had to due that he then begin to yell at me. He then told me to go f*** my self. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. I AM TRULY PISSED DUE TO THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE MY MATERNITY SHOOT DRESS. HUGE ASS SCAM., I WILL REPORT THIS NUMBER AND THIS WEBSITE

If I could have chosen 0 stars I would have 1 doesn’t even do it justice I started off ordering the wrong size and tried to hurry up and email the company the same day i ordered the item and there is NO EMAIL address for them I contacted the number provided for their customer service online and when I called and Indian or Arabian man answered the phone and soon as I mentioned an refund on my item he hung up on me I called him back continuously and he continued to send me to voicemail but as soon as I called him from and different number using a friend phone he INSTANTLY answered and this was less than 30 seconds of me continuing to call him from my phone number he then mentioned to give him an hour after I gave him my information my email confirmation number and everything and that I would be receiving an refund confirmation email explaining that my full order was refunded since it had not been shipped out yet it’s been 3 days and still no refund confirmation email I am now looking online to see all of these bad reviews which I wish I had looked up to see before I would have never ordered from here but my baby shower is right around the corner and soon as I went to google and typed in where can I find cheap maternity dresses with fast shipping lukalula was the first website to pop up so I just ordered in a rush now I have to go through my credit car company to try and get it disputed because since I haven’t gotten my refund confirmation email I have been contacting and continuing to reach out to them and have still not gotten an response I encourage NO ONE to order from this app it’s a scam and SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN AND BAND FROM ANY WEBSITE ADVERTISED
