I ordered a dress in at the beginning of February expecting it to arrive within a few weeks for a photo shoot. Waited over a month and never recieved anything. Messaged and got no response, but then got an email that one of the dresses were backordered. So I asked for a refund as I had my baby so then couldn’t used the dress for the photo shoot. They replied that one was delivered, which I didn’t actually get but I asked for a refund for the one that was back ordered and they only offered to give me a discount on another product. Would never order from this company again. Very disappointed

Do not order from Lukalula. This is a scam. They have no customer service number the forms don't work. The only way I could reach them was to send an email to the service address and multiple emails were not returned. You can't log back into your account and you cannot look up your order or tracking number- everything gives an error message. After placing an order for 7 dresses, I received nothing for 2 weeks, so I decided just to cancel the order. Never heard a thing. A few weeks later received an email that my order was shipping but was delayed (after I sent a cancellation/refund request email). Well two dresses showed up today and they are sad- looks nothing like the photos, sizing all wrong, they don't even have tags sewn in them for care instructions or size. The material is cheap and such a bad excuse for what they are representing on their website. Both dresses were supposed to be XL and one would literally not fit a child. It is so short in the front that it look like a tunic shirt. I mean it's shocking what a scam this site is and there is nothing we can do about it.

It took six weeks for the item to arrive, and when I opened the package I realized they sent the wrong dress! It wasn’t at all what I ordered. When tried to return it, they offered me less than half what I paid and wanted me to pay for shipping which cost more than what they offered for the return. After several emails I got nowhere with them and decided to cut my losses and accept a small return to keep this item that I will never wear.

No response from customer service. Not able to see tracking and then not able to cancel my order. I really should have seen these other reviews sooner! Terrible company model. Do not be fooled by their appeal.

Terrible! Takes forever to ship and they send you the wrong stuff! I ordered two dresses and a floral headband. I got one dress that looks nothing like anything I ordered.

If I could put 0 I would. THIS COMPANY IS A RACKET. What they ship is NOTHING like what they put online pictures of. Plus they won't return anything and ignore you. Terrible customer service. Also their address is some boofunk place in China which is a HUGE red flag.
What a horrendous company. DO NOT EVEN LOOK AT THEIR WEBSITE. IT IS A SCAM.

I made a purchase from this company a couple of months ago and yes Terrible items, look nothing like the picture online, when I raised a complaint and showed them photos of the item against the online photo they came back and said it didn't look bad!! It was horrendous and I can't wear it I am afraid you may not choose the size according to our size chart I was trying to return this dress back I was looking for the company's help and I finally found this help WITCHES.𝐹𝑜𝓊𝓇𝒵𝑒𝓇𝑜 𝒮𝑒𝓋𝑒𝓃 seven6eight four zero one one. I REACH THE COMPANY AND CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT WAS GREAT AND THEY FINALLY PROVIDE ME A RETURN SHIPPING ADDRESS SO THAT I CAN MAKE A RETURN OF THIS CHEAP LOOKING, GARBAGE DRESS BACK TO THE COMPANY This was the first time I have ever purchased online from this COMPANY and this will be the last time. I no longer even have any interest in shopping at their store after they pulled this crap.

If I could give them a 1/2 star I would. They did put forth the effort to mail something. Ordered two woman's XL dresses for $80.00 (American Dollars) and a month later, I received one dress that could fit a 9 year old child. The customer service is terrible. No phone number, only an email but no response from anyone. I'm out $80.00 and I have a sexy maternity dress that will fit a child lol. I hope to take it apart and make something else with the fabric.

I brought one dress for maternity shoot for my sister, I brought one dress and they bloody send different yuck one ... PLZ DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE ... they just fool you ...

HORRIBLE COMPANY, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE , will not return my item back. I ordered a dress for by Babyshower, even after paying $25 for expedited shipping, the dress arrived late, and NOTHING LIKE THE DRESS SHOWING ON THE WEBSITE. I have been going back and forth with them already and they still are not willing to return my item. All they have offered is $20 back and keep the dress when I paid $38 plus $25 for expedited shipping??????

Their website says you're able to return items within 30 days, but what they don't tell you is that it will be at your own expense. They are located in China so the shipping fee will cost you a pretty penny it's not worth it. The items are cheap and not flattering. I ordered items based on their size chart and they did not fit. I wish I could return them and get my $100 back but no such luck. Lesson learned. I wish I would of done better research before buying.

This site should not be allowed to sell items they are the worse products I have ever saw. I placed an order and the dress was suppose to be a maternity dress a person size 8 couldn't fit into it never mind a pregnant lady I wouldn't under any circumstances recommend this company.

Basically what everyone here is saying is true I ordered a item almost two weeks ago no tracking information unable to reach customer service I have sent 2 emails with no response. I’m calling my bank to try to cancel the order and get my money back due to fraud. Do Not buy from this website!!

Scam - Do not Use

This is almost a Fraud or atleast a business in bad faith. When i purchased dress it was labeled as free return. When the dress arrive too late, i couldn't use it and i have to initiate a return. They didnt reply me for multiple emails and then they tried to give me only 30 to 30 percent money back. When i askd for full refund they told me to pay for return shipping cost to china and still would charge me the original shipping. None of that disclosed when buying. They would not allow any mejor US shipping company for return shipping.

This review is literally a big zero!!! I spent over $100 and there has been no communication after 3 emails to customer service.

They didn't posts my review on their site (Hmm..wonder why) So I'm posting here what I sent to them under the product:
Are you serious?! I have less than a month before my shoot and this is what finally arrives? YOU ARE SCAMMING. this is CLEARLY not the same dress. Who do you think you were going to fool and how much did you pay for these fake reviews! I'll be sure to leave honest reviews exposing you all everywhere I can because surely you cant delete them all. HOW DARE YOU. SUCH BS. Where did you steal the image of the actual dress from because I need to order from them. Oh wait, I can't, because I live international and parcels take more than a month to arrive. You've ruined my big day. Sites like this must be run by scrums of the Earth. You sent me a dress that cost 30 cents to make, you dishonest leeches. I hope your site crashes and your business fails faster than the bolt of lightening that should strike everyone of you through your greasy, putrid hearts. MFS.

Poor customer service. Late responses, deal with multiple people who don’t know what they are talking about. Do not buy, you will not be able to return anything. Poor quality.
