Worst customer service ever, no response is given after having canceled my order because it was beyond delayed and I needed it in time for my baby shower. I just now received an email saying the order was shipped (it’s now 2 weeks after my baby shower and 4 weeks since I canceled this order) oh and still no response.

If I could give 0 stars I would !!!
Immediately after placing my order I saw that I ordered a two XL instead of a small I am mediately within minutes reach out to them to cancel the order. They told me to go back to the site to make any changes. I attempted to do so but it literally put you in a loop. There is no way to cancel online. In fact their website says to email them. So I sent them three emails requesting to cancel that. They ignored them all and instead ship my order the next day. This is a scam and terrible customer service! I highly regret this! I am definitely going to report them! They shouldn’t even be able to have a site anymore seeing as how they have such terrible reviews!

AWFUL - I ordered 2 dresses, both in a size M, £60 worth of clothing.

They sent both dresses in a size L and one dress wasn't even close to what I had ordered.

After emailing asking them to fix this error, they offered me £28 voucher - even though I had spent £60.

They sent me the same recurring email 4 times and it took me getting very upset about their customer service for them to offer me a refund IF I paid for the items to be sent back. The whole order was wrong and they expected me to pay to send it back to them!
When I pointed out that this was bad customer service they told me to send everything back and they would give me £28!

Initially I hadn't even asked for a refund, I just wanted the items I ordered.

Their customer service is horrible - I have ended up having to do a charge back on my card through my bank.

Very poor quality & substandard material products. Unhappy with delivery and shipping arrangements. Total waste of money.

This place has taken over month to deliver goods and three out of seven items were missing. The items I did receive were not like advertised on the site and looked like they were sew by a child. I had checked prior to buying that this company is a UK company but everything comes from China. This site is 100% fraud and needs to be taken down immediately.

Oh my goodness! I wish I read these reviews before ordering from this company. I just ordered dresses for photoshot and they are most cheapest looking piece of fabric I've even ordered online. What I got looks nothing like what I ordered,🙃 items are missing. I am highly disappointed 😞. I really wanted to cry when I saw the items. I've emailed their customer service several but all to no avail. What should I do next..please I need some assistance 🤔

Horrible cheap material and they will not refund me. I’ve emailed them 10 times over 3 months and every time they ask for something else before they send the return label. Also have not received half of my order. Worst customer service. Buyers beware!!!!!!

It really is horrible! I couldn’t help but laugh when my dress came, two months later. The dresses weren’t the same color, material, or style lol. Definitely learned a lesson, I read the reviews and still ordered, my mistake!

SCAM !!!! Spent 60$ on a maternity dress for a shoot and it didn’t even look like the picture when it came in. It was horrible and low quality. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

If I could give them 0 stars I definitely would. I ordered 2 dresses over 2 months ago. I received 1 in the mail and the other one was still pending. I never got an email confirmation for my order placed. Both dresses were maternity for a family wedding that I needed and relied on since I had nothing else to wear that would fit me! The wedding came and finished, I still never got the dress. I contacted them 1 month before the wedding asking where my dress is and at this point if they can't ship it I dont need it because it won't make it here on time. I received emails from different people, with the same copied and pasted message that the item will ship soon. I kept emailing them back explaining I DON'T NEED IT BECAUSE IT WON'T MAKE IT HERE ON TIME AND REFUSE TO NOW PAY FOR SOMETHING I DON'T HAVE. I told them I will be filing fraud with my credit card company since they can't assist me. I also asked them to expedite my concern to a manager- I was ignored and my statements were dismissed. Again, automated messages over and over and I was going in circles with this company. I finally called my credit card company and have a current dispute going on. I have saved all my emails as evidence that this company disregards client email concerns and questions. They have sent me the exact same email for about 2 weeks saying the item has been shipped and delivered with the tracking number ONLY AFTER I threatened to file for fraud. How ironic, huh? However, even then, I still have not received my item. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! I wish I read reviews before ordering to scope out the credibility of this website. The prices are cheap which can be tempting to purchase items from this site however, once you purchase you are stuck! It's a merry go round for months and getting your items OR even your money back, FORGET IT!

My experience is similar to a lot of women on here. I ordered my item back in March in hopes to receive the item for my maternity shoot the following month, but of course, they never shipped and I didn't receive any updates/follow ups! After 3 reach out attempts, they finally responded and informed me that my products was on "regular processing time" to be shipped within 3-7 business days from the time I purchased, although it had already been over a week. I received a follow up another few days later that I would be given the option to cancel, which I told them to process. After a few more follow ups, I received 2 separate generic emails from 2 different reps saying that they're sorry about my delayed order and asked if they can offer a discount instead, I responded NO and asked about my refund. What pissed me off even more was that they told me they cannot process a refund because my item was shipped (after I asked them to cancel it!) Not only is their customer services TERRIBLE, but I had to purchase another dress elsewhere because this product did NOT arrive for my maternity shoot. I would never recommend anyone to purchase anything again from this company or even overseas. They have terrible drop shipping issues, which I don't understand knowing that a lot of products are manufactured in China. I ended up disputing this with my bank. Also, I spoke with like 4 different reps which was annoying.... Yuri Co, Earl Ge, Marvin Ra, & Mica Kinoshita. Who knows if these are even real names of these reps lol, such a joke. I would give this place -12389025720347 stars if I could.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I ordered maternity clothes almost 2 months ago and still no delivery or way to track the order. IF the clothes ever show up, I'm certain I won't even be pregnant anymore. I asked for them to cancel the order and give me a refund, as at that time it hadn't been shipped and I was tired of waiting. They kept responding that they couldn't issue a refund because the items had already shipped (which they HAD NOT) and gave me a 70% off coupon instead to order more of their crap. I'm going to try to dispute the payment with the bank, because I think this place is a scam! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

This place is a POS DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE EVER!!! My package has been sent all over China and the states and it still hadn’t arrived. I finally got a notification that it was available for pick up but without a USPS tracking number the post office can’t help me. What a waste of my time and money. This POS company shouldn’t even exist. I put one star cause I had no choice but I would give it -10000000 stars if I could.

Nothing looks like the images once you receive it! I literally bought a bunch of items and nothing was like the photographs on their website. What I received was cheap fabric and everything for badly. You get what you pay. They were not wearable.

Spent over $100 on two dresses. After several weeks of delays two completely different dresses arrived. Complete garbage. I asked for a return & was offered a $37 credit to their trash store.

Run screaming, more overseas scam artists.

Total SCAM-I placed an order with plenty of time for my maternity shoot. I ordered 4 different dresses and none came in time. When I reached out to try and cancel the order they responded with a confirmation email that had my tracking information for half my order. That came in and the dresses looked so cheap and nothing like the picture. Then I tried to again cancel the remaining half of my order and was not able to. Instead they sent a dress I didnt even order. I still have one dress that they haven't sent but honestly haven't needed any of them. When I reached out to them about returning the dresses they tell me they do not have a return option -__- which is not what their website says

If I could give less than one star I would. The dress I ordered took 5 weeks to arrive. It was supposed to take 2 weeks max. When I tried to return it (because I no longer needed it) they told me they could only give me $14 store credit (it was a $50 dress plus $14 shipping) and stopped responding when I told them I needed a full refund per the website’s return policy.

This company processed my payment, and two weeks after promising 7-10 business days to ship the item, my items were still in the “unshipped” status. I sent multiple customer service emails with no reply, so I have reported them to my bank as a scam.

I’ve had a similar experience as many. When you order it tells you shipping can take 3-5 days. I put in my order about a month ago and spoke with several customer service reps via email just promising to put my order on priority and to give me like $6 off another order. When I click the tracking link it just says the shipping label has been created not shipped. I’m going to call my bank to cancel the transaction. I highly recommend you don’t buy from them as it seems like I have been scammed.
