Product quality is very bad...I would like to give feedback in negative stars....Dont buy from this website

If I had the option to give ZERO STARS I would!!!! Trying to return two dresses that were ordered because one didn’t look ANYTHING like it looked online and the other did not fit. They are REFUSING to respond with a return address. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Can’t give no stars otherwise I would. Order 3 items, only received 2. Reported it to my credit card company they reversed charges then they sent me the third item. None of them fit and none of them look like the photos. Returning would cost me $60 when it’s $100 in merchandise.

I ordered 3 items. Received only 2. When the receipt says that only 2 items made it to me. They kept telling me to check my tracking number. It says delivered but still missing my third item. This company scams people. I also paid extra for shorter shipping and it took very long. Please don’t fall for this company. I wish I had read the reviews.

Lukalula has the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I spent $70 on a maternity dress that was described as ethereal chiffon, I received a dress made of cheap rayon that didn't even fit the measurements describe. I attempted to return it and they refused. I'm stuck and super upset!!!

Unfortunately I didn't do enough searching and didn't find all of these reviews before buying on the website. I encountered not only the unacceptable quality of the products I ordered, the unfair description of them, but also the terrible service. I had to pay in full for the return of the items with a shipping charge with a tracking number to China. One of the items even came without a label. Everything looks very cheap and poorly sewn.

This website is a scam. They will send you a cheap version of what you see and they will not refund you when you ask them to. They will not even provide an address. They are a maternity dress boutique but they provide more stress than it’s worth and it’s not healthy!!! It’s disgusting what they are doing, let alone to women who should not be dealing with the stress or wasting any money when they have a baby on the way.

Ordered a dress for maternity photoshoot and only received a tail that goes with that dress! The listing clearly stated it was for the whole dress with multiple photos etc… The package took more than a month to arrive…. Such a disappointment! Now I have to pay for the return shipping to China!! Ridiculous!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE IT IS A COMPLETE FRAUD. After submitting my order and receiving a confirmation order # I thought it was legit. After two weeks of order not arriving I got on the website tried to put in my order number and screen stayed completely blank. Not tracking my order but showed my same order in the shopping bag to purchase AGAIN. I searched up the website reviews and seen one good review about a number to retrieve a return. Called it and the gentleman I spoke too sounded Arabian and asked me if I had access to a computer or laptop asked me to get on… could only use Google chrome or Microsoft edge then stated it was to retrieve the return consent form. Had me go to a website to download team tracker. Before I realized it was trying to download something onto my computer I told him to just email me the consent that I DID NOT WANT ANYTHING DOWNLOADED ONTO MY COMPUTER HE SAID OK CALL BACK IN AN HOUR AND HUNG UP ON HIS END. Had I had downloaded what he had told me he would have full access to my computer. TRASH TRASH TRASH! DO NOT DEAL WITH THAT SITE.

Zero stars. Item never arrived. Can’t get a refund because I can’t get ahold of anyone. You can only email customer service because none of the links on the website. I have a tracking number but when I enter it the page just goes blank. Very disappointing.

I was actually trying to give 0 stars because that’s how much this company sucks! They are a total scam! The dress took forever to arrive and was nothing like the dress I ordered! I emailed customer service (because of course there is no customer service phone #) and inquired about returning, which resulted in an email back from them offering a $15 coupon for another purchase! Are you kidding me? Worst company ever again! And you can’t even leave reviews on their actual website which tells me the reviews on their website are fake! This site needs to be taken down!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not use this website, it is a scam. The dress I purchased looked nothing like the picture. The color, material, cut, quality, everything was not the same. I sent an email to their customer service to find out how to get a refund and return the dress since I would not be wearing such a poor quality piece of clothing. They requested pictures which I promptly sent them. They responded back offering me a $15 cash credit for their website, I spent $51.99 on the dress I purchased from them… the dress is not damaged, I have not worn it, and I will not EVER be wearing this dress so I do not need a credit for their site. I promptly emailed back stating that this solution is unacceptable and I am still waiting to hear back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SITE! It is a scam and customer service is absolutely horrible. This website should honestly be reported and removed as it is not an honorable business and they are taking advantage of customers and consumers. The last thing mother’s to be should be worrying about is being scammed out of money from a website. Every penny counts when a new baby is on the way. It is deplorable.

I purchased a maternity gown for my maternity photoshoot off lukalula.com, then read so many horrible reviews and a horruble youtube lukalula haul try on/review … i was instantly worried i would have a horrible experience as well but they surprised me and i had a great experience… i did email them after reading so many bad reviews and expressed my concern to them and how i would not cancel my order but would give them a chance and hoped they would come through and i would receive it in time as well as receive what i ordered and that it looked like the picture they have posted and it DID it is great it fits me and i love it… and it came pretty fast it i got it 10 days after i ordered it and i am in manitoba canada , not sure if this company ships out of china? But im pleased with how fast i got it considering all bad reviews said it took months… also they did respond within 24hrs to my email which i was pleased with as well. So i guess some have horrible experiences and some are okay its just a risk you have to decide if your willing to take and see how it plays out!

HORRIBLE, items took forever and the quality was horrific. When I tried to return the items they refused due to shipping costs and said "we can offer you a $36 coupon instead" total SCAM.

I order dress for my maternity photoshoot. But it doesn’t come on time. Finally, it comes but my son is already 2 month old and the quality of dress is not good, it doesn’t look like picture. I wasted my money and time. I asked for refund but they didn’t give to me. I learnt from this website is that I need to do research before buying any items from website. Unhappy customer.

I ordered two dresses then I read that this company was bogus! I tried to claim via paypal but my mistake as it too early. I should have waited. I now cannot claim with paypal and the dresses obviously never arrived. I have no idea why this website is not taken down! We need regulation! They have been at this for too many years now!

Take your business elsewhere! This is by far the longest I’ve had to wait and they blame it on covid. It is now 2 months later and I still haven’t received my dress.. yet I’ve ordered many other things online from China and I receive in 2 weeks or less. Every time I email I ask what is going on. First they told me covid now they say it’s because item is on Pre sale status.and can’t be tracked . absolutely ridiculous. Go on amazon they have mostly the same styles for way less and you ACTUALLY get the dress.

This is the worst online maternity store online.
