Don’t get fool!! This is a scam website! Go Google and you will see so many negative review, those positive review are fake!!!! They send you some cheap material probably cost like 5$ in china.

First they make it impossible to cancel orders, the cancellation page and customer service page are fake pages not working, and they don’t respond to mails, I canceled the order within 24 hours only couple of hours after by mail and they told me they have shipped the product and not refundable. It was completely lie, the cancellation policy is a lie, this is a scam!
I tried to leave review on the item and it didn’t work either! The review just disappeared!
Stay away as much as possible!

This company is a scam, I ordered some dresses this morning and the payment has been deducted from my account, later I got no confirmation letter or mail or invoice.
They also don’t respond to the mails as well, and the payment was deducted from a company in Hongkong.
Super dodgy and the positive review on the website it must be a scam! Now I just want my money back!

This is a fake company that scams pregnant woman. First of all you order the product and they will ship it 6 months later after you tried to get your money back. Than when you receive the product you will find out its fake clothes. The clothes are like plastic. Example something you would pick up at dollar tree for a dollar. Than you try to return and it costs more to return than what you paid to buy it. Than you also can’t get your money back from paypal because they claim they sent something to you. The whole experience was horrible. Buyer Beware.

Do not buy anything from them!!!! I bought 2 gressed one for my baby shower and one for my photoshoot. My baby shower dress was the blue maternity sequin dress. And the photoshoot was a dark green velvet off the shoulder dress. I paid extra for expedite delivery as well. First the dresses came late. I messaged and they said that "our delivery time is when we send it out" on their website it shows for where I live and the timing timing it would arrive. So that was one lie. I'd post photos but I can't on here. Second the dress came a week before my party. The blue dress is NOTHING like what is advertised. It's made from a blue shimmer TARP material and the slevese are shredded. Third the sizing is not a maternity dress at all I measured myself and I'm a small WITH my bump and what they send was a extra small without the material for bump. Fourth the green dress, yes it's green but it's clearly been bleached. Fifth the size is made from diffrent size SCRAP fabrics put together. It's a rectangle when put on. Again I'd show pictures but I can't. I sent in many emails to customer care WITH pictures they didn't believe that these where the REAL items that where sent to me. After many email back and forth I just want my full refund and I'll gladly send back the trash they sent me. I paid $146 canadian and they replied with they will send me a 29 VOUCHER and for me to keep the items to send to someone else. It's a joke!!!!! These items are not wearable or fix able. I just want my refund and I'll send back the items so they can "wear" it.

I bought a maternity dress but the item was not what is pictured on the site. It was totally different and I was not satisfied. I wrote a review for the item, but my review wasn’t posted. I contacted their customer service, but it wasn’t sent. This company is suspicious! Drop shipping company! Scam!

If I could give zero stars I would. This company is a scam. Do not order from them. The product you will receive is horrible quality it does not match the pictures that are on the website. The pictures of the clothing on the website are clearly stolen from other websites and or photographers. I’ve contacted the company for a refund and they refused to give me one. They will only give me a $75 store credit which I will never shop there website again. I spent $275 so that store credit does nothing for me.

Please please never order.
Cheap items and on top they take forever for refun. You need to pay for label by the way.

This site is a SCAM!! Please save your money and do not buy from here. The clothing is NOT the same pattern. It’s NOT the same material. It’s NOT the same color! This is very frustrating and disgusting because they are ripping off pregnant mothers. How dare you!! I am also getting the Better Business Bureau involved. Completely FALSE ADVERTISING!!!

If I could give 0 star rating, I totally would. Such a bullsh*t company. Ordered 2 dresses, received one that wasn’t even relatively the same dress in the photo, emailed them for a refund and mentioned their return and exchange but never actually followed through with their policy. The first dress I ordered was $60 and they tried fighting a $25 voucher in store and I declined and said no I wanted a refund, they only offered a $25 refund into my account. Then I received my other dress, which was the wrong sizing. I ordered a S and received a L. I emailed them and took them 2 days to answer me, responding with we already refunded you. I emailed them back responding it was only for the one dress. It’s been 2 days and I have not heard a single thing from them. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! So disappointing as they advertise such beautiful dresses but are nothing like when you receive them. Such a waste of money and time. Please go somewhere else and avoid giving them money!

ITS A SCAM!!!! Please do not order from this website, I purchased a dress for my baby shower a month ago and was not pleased with how it looked. The material was very thin and cheaply made, I tried to return the item but was told that it was non refundable. They tried to give me a $16.00 voucher for a $72.00 purchase, I had the transaction disputed with my bank to get my money back. Also I tried to post my review on lukalula.com and my review wasn't listed, no surprise. Please do not order from this website, it's a scam and you will lose money.

This is a scam.

They falsely advertise beautiful dresses online and then send you a super cheap version of it, if they send anything at all.

They don't respond once you start complaining or asking for a return or refund.

It’s a scam website, don’t buy from this website they just play games with customer money, don’t even refund the money after you sent the dresses back, people are horrible don’t even understand English, what a pain in the ass website, don’t know why do they open like this kind of website

I am only giving this website a one star review because you have to give at least last that. I do not ever leave reviews but felt it was necessary. I purchased $80 worth of clothing from this website and every item was an extremely cheap version of what was advertised. I emailed with 3 different employees for a refund and gave everything they asked for. That was over 2 months ago and still have no been given an address to return my items or any information on a refund. It’s a scam and not worth buying from!!

If I could rate 0 stars I would!!! Not only did I pay for fast shipping that I never recieved the maternity dresses I received were garbage!! The material was see through, which I can't wear for a family photo, which was the point of the purchase. When i asked them how to start the return process, they wouldn't even take their dresses back. They tried to haggle me with other offers and a less than half refund. This company is B/S and has horrible customer service. Please don't waist your money. I've filed a complaint with the better business bureau on this company!!

I only put 1 star because there was no option for 0. Horrible company. No customer service whatsoever. My dress was never delivered and they refused to do anything about it. Simply ignored my emails. I wish I had read the reviews about this scam company because there are 0 good ones. All trash. Very disappointed

AWFUL!!!! PLEASE DON'T ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!! I ordered over $100 of Maternity clothes - I got a pair of underwear over a month later. They REFUSE to refund me. I've opened a claim through my credit card company. I only wish I would have studied reviews first. They are rude and horrible. I just hope and pray they get shut down.

I wish I came across this before ordering my dresses from Lukalula.. they have maternity dresses and I needed to find a dress for my babyshower. WARNING the dresses look good on the website, but they are NOT going to look that way once you receive. The material is cheap and I didn't even know they don't offer free shipping for returns. So now I spent over $170 for which I can't even wear one of the items. It will cost me atleast half of that to return it. WEBSITE IS A SCAM

Unfortunately I failed to research reviews before ordering a maternity dress for my baby shower. The dress I received was NOTHING like that in the photo. The quality of the dress was very poor and looked like something from a sewing for beginners class. The dress was about $40, but it cost $28 to return it to China. Save yourself the time, money, and disappointment and don't order from this company. I tried to post a review on the actual Iukalula website, but my review wasn't listed (surprise, surprise).

I ordered 2 dresses from this Lukalula for a wedding. Horrible tailoring and quality! I have been in correspondence with this company for the better half of a week. I got their attention only AFTER I threatened to report them to the BBB... but the BBB only deals with the US and Canada. This company is UK based and has a warehouse in China. I found the UK equivalent to the BBB called the Trading Standards Office and filed a complaint there. They finally agreed to give a refund, but only AFTER I send back the product, but Lukalula REFUSES to pay the shipping fee back to china of $35-58... Absolutely ridiculous! At this point, I wouldn't hold my breath on getting any money back at all but I'm pissed and they need to be reprimanded.
