Honestly wish I would have read these reviews ahead of ordering from them. Dress arrived 2 weeks too late (even though I paid for express shipping), and now they’re refusing to let me return it. There is no return address so I don’t even know how to send it back and all my emails / complaints are being ignored. Avoid this place.

I’m trying to cancel my order but it won’t let me. Does anyone have a C.S #. Yea have sent plenty of emails no response

Terrible place! Do not waste your money here! I ordered a dress, had to wait forever, when it finally arrived it was nothing like on the pictures, very cheap, ugly dress for £35... I paid £17 for returning it, no refund received and 6 months later my return has been returned to me and I'm unable to get hold of their customer service team. This place is a joke.

This place is TERRIBLE! I paid an extra $30 so my dress could arrive by my party date, which was nearly 3 weeks out. The expedited shipping says 6-10 days for arrival. Mine took 20 DAYS!!! When the dress arrived, AFTER my baby shower, I attempted to find use for it so I tried it on and it was so ugly! Looks nothing like the photos at all! I reached out to send the item back and get a refund. Followed all their procedures. They had the dress in their possession from return for A WEEK. Throughout the week I had emailed numerous times with no response! So I opened a new case as if I was a different person. FINALLY got an answer. They refunded me for ONLY THE DRESS. $30 for expedited shipping and Can’t get a refund for what?! Plus they say you only have to pay shipping once, FALSE, I paid shipping for purchase and return. Had a different employee tell me they would refund the shipping and then all the sudden they couldn’t. This site is a SCAM! Do not waste your money here!

Ordered a dress for my baby shower they assured me they’d get it here on time, they never even sent it. Tried to get a refund and no customer service would answer. This place needs to shut down!!! If everyone could place a BBB report or consumer report to get this place shut down would be great.

Horrible service. Not at all recommended for any purchase. Poor quality and stitching. I ordered a dress from here for my maternity shoot and the dress was not at all good quality. On top they have bogus rerun policy that says free returns. When I contacted them for rerun they offered me $25 for the dress worth $73 and said to keep the dress that was useless for me.
Or else they told me to bear the shipping cost to china that was costing around $70 and they would give me full rerun.
Please do not fall for their return policy and the suggestion would be never buy any product from this site.

HORRIBLE! I ordered over a week ago and still have no email for even an order confirmation! No phone number to call and I paid for expedited shipping to get the dresses for a professional photography shoot. Guess I'll have to go shopping since I only have 5 days left! STAY AWAY

Wrong items sent. Therefore returned to China for lots of money. But cash refund is not coming.

Terrible quality fabric and poor fit. Company does not issue refunds as promised on their website if you are not satisfied with purchase. I was offered a $15 store credit and when I refused and requested a full refund they stopped responding and gave me nothing.

Very bad experience, don’t buy anything from this website. I ordered a dress for baby shower party and received after birth of my baby. Terrible customer service, i bought another dress for baby shower and the dress I received from them after 3 months is very bad in quality and material is like plastic. Please never buy from this website, it’s a scam, i did this mistake.

This is a scam website. Donot buy from them. I am warning you!!!! It took me 4 weeks to get my orders. When i wanted to return it, no one replied to my 8-9 emails over 2 weeks. Worst customer service. When someone finally replied they want you to pay for return shipping all the way to china which will cost you atleast $40 to send back a dress. This site is fraud!!!!

Do NOT order from this site. I made that mistake. Not only did the dress take forever to deliver but it’s horrible quality. I have emailed them three times asking to return and they are beating around the bush asking why I want to return the dress.

Horrible quality clothing. Zero respect/response about issues. I spent ~$150 and all they offered me for exchange was a $20 store credit...... like I'd ever buy here again! I "negotiated", sent 3 out of 4 items back and was supposed to get a refund minus shipping once they received the items back (all the way in China), which would have been about 50% back..... and....... nothing! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!

I ordered my product Oct 28, 2020 and did not receive it until Dec 10. It’s a really long time for an expected arrival of two weeks (was planning to wear my order to a wedding). Price for products is disappointing. Not really worth the price.

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. I paid for expedited shipping and my dress was sent late. I couldn't wear it for a photoshoot, but that didn't matter since the fit was awful. I requested a return IN the return policy timeframe AND for my shipping fee returned back to me... and all they gave me was a $15 credit. So my $70 total charge is basically $55 down the drain.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. The clothes are nothing like what they look like on the website, and the quality is horrible. On top of that, it’s literally the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. First of all, it took almost two weeks of back and forth emails before they would even send me a return address where I could ship clothes back to. They tried to negotiate even when I said I just want a return and refund, and also tried to have me pick out items from another random company apparently with a discount they would give me, instead of returning the clothes. None of it made sense, since their return policy clearly stated I could return for a refund within 30 days. When I finally got the address and could shop back, it cost me $100 to ship the items to china. Please warn any friends you have to not buy from this site. A complete scam and it’s sad that they’re preying on pregnant women with the maternity clothes they sell. Don’t bother wasting you time, or money, with them! I guarantee you will be disappointed with your purchase to say the least.

Wish I could rate with no stars. Pictures are very deceiving!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Literally bought 3 dresses and they are all different. They do not look like the pictures at all. I even paid for faster shipping and they still weren’t here! I asked for a refund because I had to up the road 3 hours to find a dress due to my town being small and we don’t have a lot down here so online was more convenient. They would not refund me but would only give me a 39$ voucher for their website when I spent 140$ plus 39$ shipping. This company is absolutely ridiculous. They aren’t even concerned at all with my order they don’t wanna return the money. This website sucks do not trust the pictures of the company. FURIOUS.
