This company is useless and a scam.. I’ve wish I’ve read the reviews also. I know I lost my money now cause I ordered over a month ago. I emailed and cancel. No responds. This website need to be shut down… they are scamming too many people… I hate to give one star… but I had too. In order to write a review…….

BEWARE - Please dont buy anything from this company, they are scam and cheaters.

They take the money from your order and then never delivered it. I placed an order with them and it's been 15 days since I have not received my product.

They don't have any phone line and only an email address, you keep chasing them they will keep on sending you a templated response with no reason.

The tracking link they provide is spam, there are no updates.

In short this company is a complete fraud and scam, dont fall for this.

Okay, so maybe I didn’t read reviews before I placed my order.

I placed the order 10/1/2022. Cancelled 10/2/2022- policy outlines cancels are allowed within 24 hours.10/3 I was ignored, mind you I forwarded my cancellation email several times. Finally early morning 10/4 I receive from a different company a shipment notification that the order shipped 10/4. I will not be held responsible for return shipping costs, so thankfully capital one is assisting me with a dispute.

I placed an order it costed me $127, I wanted to cancel my order because the processing time was gonna take to long and I wouldn’t see my order for 2 months, I’m currently 7 months pregnant by the the time my clothes would arrive I would have no use for them anymore so I tried canceling my order, At first it says my order was canceled successfully and then I go into the website again and it says my order is being processed. I tried to contact support but no one answers!!!! PLEASE do not buy anything from them. They seem to scam you for your money I had contacted my bank hopefully they can cancel the charges so I can get my money back……

I purchase 3 items, paid for shipping since May 2022 amd now it’s September and am still waiting. They have offered to refund a partial refund. Why? So they can still make money off the dress that were return with original package. DO NOT BUY! Material is unsatisfactory and the customer service is not satisfactory. The emails are not from the same company.
They requested for me to cancel the claim, which I did. And Still No REFUND!

I wish I could give no stars for this company. It’s the worst online company I’ve ever used. I purchased a maternity outfit that unfortunately did not fit my breast area. I initially asked if I can exchange and I was told to keep the outfit, give to someone else and that I would get a fraction in return. What in the world kind of transaction is that? I then asked for a refund, was emailed with instructions to ship to CA. Fine, I paid the shipment, in hopes I would get my FULL REFUND. Nope! Today I get an email, that a request was made to have a fraction of my refund sent to me and it takes 7-10 business days. At this point I going to call my bank and say that company committed fraud because that’s exactly what it has done!

My experience with this company has been terrible. I should’ve read the reviews prior to ordering. My product came too late and I contacted the company several times to attempt a return and I’ve had no response at all. The dress does not look like the dresses in the pictures it is hideous. NEVER AGIAN!

Very disappointed with this brand. I have been trying to reach out to them via emails sevaral times as I am not happy with my order. Inspire of several emails no one has gotten back to me yet

I would give zero stars if I could, I have been trying to return an item for weeks and have not gotten a response from customer service. Do not waste your time.

I wish I could give zero stars, this place is the worst! They didn’t send me my dresses my pregnancy photo shot was ruined and no one is answering me so I could at least get a refund!!!! DO NOT SHOP FROM THEM!!!

Two dresses ordered. One is gorgeous, like in the pictures on the website. The second one is too short and therefore not suitable for shootings. Service replied in one day and refunded 30% of the price. I cannot understand the bad reviews. I will definitely order again

I ordered a dress for my brother's wedding. The quality was so bad- nothing like the photos. In addition to this, the packaging showed it was shipped by a company that wasn't even lukalula! I emailed that company asking if I can return per the policy and they offered a voucher for 15 dollars. When I repeated my request for return they emailed me with a note explaining what a voucher is. Of course I know what a voucher is! That is not what I asked for! Of course I won't shop here again and I only wish I saw these reviews earlier😢. I think I lost my money...

Terrible customer service! I have been asking for a return label and refund for two weeks. They write back DAYS later with a new rep and you have to go over the situation multiple times.
Hideous products that look nothing like the website. Colors are wrong, sizing it completely screwed up, material is cheap
Offer a partial voucher towards another piece of crap item instead of a refund.
They put a note with your package 'if you are not happy let us make things right' they do not care and will not offer to make things right.
They are an absolute JOKE and should be embarassed by their 'high end' company.
Do not use this company.

Do not buy from this online store. Very bad service. I order two items but they were horrible looking and wanted a refund. Instead of giving me a refund, they offer 28% voucher of what I paid for. Luckily, my credit card is more than willing to issue a return. Don't buy from these guys.

If it was possible to give zero stars, I would. I ordered a few maternity dresses that were apparently worth over $100 but I was getting a 'discount'. I also ordered a dress for my maternity shoot. I allowed just under a month for it to arrive but was notified that one of the three pieces I ordered was out of stock, but they didn't say what. Finally when I received one of the dresses, it was a pathetic piece of material that honestly deserved to be in the bin. I disputed the payment via PayPal because not only did the package not look like what I ordered, they were sending me emails saying there would be delays, so I tried to cancel. When I asked to send the dresses back they said shipping would cost too much. I kept persisting and finally got a full refund but that was only because I had paid via PayPal. Do not bother with this website!!!

Ordered 3 dresses thru my daughter because there are 3 provinces in Canada that they will not ship to for some reason. Ordered the dresses in Canadian $ and when they processed the order, they switched it to American $ which resulted in a 30% increase in cost. Led to believe that dresses were a UK product and shipped thru UK or USA. Dresses arrived 6 weeks later from Asia. While not a high quality product, the dresses are pretty and my wife loves them. Would be stupid for me to assume a high quality product for the price paid. Overall I feel it is buyer beware, and, based solely on the currency switch they used, I would not recommend this site.

If I could give no stars I would. It’s been over two weeks still haven’t gotten my dress my baby shower is this weekend and still no dress. They haven’t responded to my emails! This place is a joke and scam!

I am still trying to get a refund for a dress that I ordered that wasn't worth what I paid. The dress looked much thicker in the picture. The one I received is practically a step away from being sheer fabric!!!!
It's been several emails already since I initiated the return process. They take forever to respond and when they do it's to get pictures of the item or they're trying to settle for less than what you paid. E.g., I paid $45 or so for this dress... They offered $14 as a gift reward non-refundable as well as letting me keep the dress I can't use... I refused... They offered $11 as a refund after that and still offered to let me keep this dress... I demanded full refund and haven't heard back.
Do not buy from them!

To all the people who are going to make their way to the review page after being scammed by this site please Understand that you have options. I paid through PayPal and was able to get a full refund through PayPAl. Don't let these people keep your money. and if you pay with your credit card you should be able to dispute the charges with your bank.
