Item didn't look like what was advertised. When emailed for a refund they've only responded with delivery information promptly and ignored all other correspondence.

The dress was shocking. Do not spend money here.

This website is a scam. Please be warned and do not buy. I ordered a dress and what was pictured online is NOTHING like what I received. The back of the dress on the website has a train and buttons down the back. This dress you sent me, has a zipper, no train and the zipper is broken.

I ordered a dress which not only took way over their estimated delivery date but was completely the wrong dress. When I emailed about returning it they had me send pictures and told me they could give me a little over 10% back or I could cover shipping costs back. After that email they wouldn’t respond back. I tried contacting the site again yet couldn’t send a message and I can’t find any phone number. Definitely feel scammed.

Un asco de tienda, me cobraron envío cuando dijeron que no lo harían, tuve que pagar envío más aduana esperar casi un mes y cuando llego, el vestido horrible. Trato de devolverlo y tampoco me deja. Dinero tirado a la basura. Horrible, no la recomiendo.

It’s a awful shop. They said that the delivery is free and it isn’t , I had to pay for the delivery and fees, plus the dress it’s horrible, awful nothing about the picture, the size it’s huge bigger and when I try to return this packet I can’t because suspiciously I can’t to enter in the app. Money thrown away. Awful. Awful shop, awful dress, awful service and awful customer service. I don’t advice it.

Poor quality, do not look like the photographs and sizing is very small. Took a long time to arrive so my experience was disappointing but I guess you get what you pay for.

They sent me wrong size, I ordered size M but got size L. Poor quality dresses.
The shipping was so delayed. It was ordered for a photoshoot but the event was over by the time I got the oversized dress which didn't fit.

Ordered maternity dresses. Received. I was disappointed. Dresses weren't maternity with extra space on the belly. I will wear them when I will be not anymore pregnant..

I paid $45.99 for a dress that arrived in poor quality. This company offered to refund me $11. This is not a reputable company. They are scam artists.

Items shown on website is completely misleading and sending cheap items. when we request for refunds they won't even respond and this is completely FRAUD company. Please don't buy anything.

I order from this site (LUKALULA.COM) assuming it was legitimate. I did read return policy which specified returns are accepted within 30 days.
I ordered two dresses in a size small. Minutes later I receive an email confirmation indicating the dresses I order were XL and 2XL. I immediately reached out (no phone number) and received an automated response that the items were already shipped- with a smiley face for that matter. It was literally less than an hour after order was placed. I waited for arrival, which was delayed, and about 16 days later the two dresses arrive that are completely different dresses and sizes from what I ordered. I requested a full return, they request I take a photo of items, I submitted photos of the unworn, unwashed, unopened dresses and then they responded and said they are non-refundable and offered a voucher instead. I did not want a voucher and now filing a claim with my bank. Save your time and stay far away from this Lukalula.com website. I made the mistake for you. Oh, you also get a separate foreign transaction fee from Hong Kong. Smh.

DO NOT ORDER FROM LUKALULA! The website is incredibly misleading. I came across the brand through an Instagram-sponsored ad. I ordered 2 maternity dresses in June 2022 totaling almost £100 for my baby shower. Once I placed the order, I then realized that the brand was a Chinese brand because of how the company's name appeared on my PayPal receipt and I was instantly worried that I would have issues returning the dresses if they didn't fit, which they didn't and the quality was very cheap for the price of the dresses. I followed the returns instructions and notified them that I was returning the order within the returns timeframe & I was then sent a returns number and I then spent another £22 returning the dresses. Once I sent them proof of postage, I didn't hear from them again, from the tracking number I can see that the dresses are stuck in Chinese immigration & they ignored my emails so now I am out almost £130 for dresses that I could not wear. It's absolutely appalling that this is a maternity brand and this is how they treat expectant mothers, I wasn't able to get my money back through Paypal and I am very disappointed and in future I will be very wary of sponsored ads. I would avoid buying anything from this company!

Trying to get a refund the dress was nothing like the pictures very bad quality never ordering from this website site please look at reviews before ordering . They are terrible 😠I just want a refund and my money back

I placed my order over a month ago and still haven’t received my products.

Two weeks ago, I started begging for an eta and they kept telling me my dresses are on the way. However they still haven’t arrived. They refuse to give me a refund for products that I’ve not received. Then they tell me not to accept the parcel when it does arrive and wait for it to be returned for refund.

I got tired of sending emails and receiving the same replies.

I just opened a dispute via PayPal and they asked me to close it. But I refuse because I’ve tried to communicate with Lukalula without any luck and they need to be held accountable.

A REAL SCAM! STAY AWAY

I ordered a dress and what came to me was a very cheap quality dress, not the sameook as what I saw in the picture online.
When I was paying for it, it automatically jumped up the price by like $20 for shipping which it didn't say previously. when I wanted to return it, they said its not free returns and gave me the wrong address to return to. they made me pay for shipping and then gave me the wrong address and don't want to refund me.
they are a real scam and do not buy from them

Unable to get a refund for the items that have been attempted to return.
Even though I have been told that refund has been issued, i still have not received the money.
The photos of the items purchased has nothing to do with what you receive

I had bought a maternity dress from here. Not only did it take a while for it to get shipped but when I finally got it the dress was not as pictured. The dress was very cheaply made and not anything like the picture online portrayed. I got in touch with customer service about getting a refund and they suggested that I keep it. Mind you I paid over $60 bucks for something that I would never wear. Instead of giving me my full refund they recommended partial refund of 1/3 of what the price was and again suggested I keep the dress and gift it to someone else. I declined and I asked for my full refund. I requested for their shipping address and I had to pay to ship it back which was $20 bucks. I ended up taking a full loss because they only ended up refunding me $40 bucks and that wasn’t until the dress was received. So ultimately I paid for and $80 dollar dress and gained $40 back. I tried reaching back out because the amount was not in full and they never responded. I do not recommend purchasing anything from this site and I will never purchase anything from them again.

Ordered dress, paid 56 for dress and 21 shipping. One day after receiving I had to email them to inform them its the wrong dress. They take forever to return emails and demand picture prior to giving you a return option. They offered me 28 refund to keep ( so I'm out 63 dollars) or I can send back to address they provide and I have to pay shipping back and shipping to me will not be refunded (so I'm out about 40 dollars)! Their refund policy says nothing about not refunding shipping or paying shipping back. Also, the only way to communicate with them is email. So they can take their sweet time and deny return if longer than 30 days. They are a scam and I will never purchase again. I'm also pasting this review everywhere!

This is the worst experience online!!

This is a scam! I got my dress after 30 days, and it does look horrible, NOT even close to what you can see in the picture, the material is ridiculous. I want to return it ASAP and get my money back, but there is no option; it is still saying that my order was not delivered yet, maybe just for me not to return it in 30 days. This is crazy!

after 4 months still not received my shoes. And didn't receive my money back.
