After reviewing the design countless times I still ended up with one I rejected. It also took quite some time to get here but I understand international shipping can take some time. I am still happy with the product but it did peeve me that it wasn’t 100% accurate.

Absolutely amazing and recommend to anyone wanting to get their fur babies on their clothing! The team kept in contact and kept me up to date throughout the whole process. The quality of the products are very good, I would say my whole order took around 6 weeks from placing my order to delivery but it’s worth the wait for something so special and for it to be personalised. Will definitely be ordering more in the future!

I ordered a dry robe and an iron-on patch, and received a tote bag free. The likeness to my dog is uncanny, I couldn't be happier with it! The quality of the dry robe and the tote bag is amazing, the material is so sturdy and thick. The dry robe fits perfectly and the tote has two sets of handles so I can either hold it at my side or put it over my shoulder. I'll be recommending this company to everyone.

I bought a hoodie for my mom as we lost the family dog not so long ago, my mom absolutely adores it she said the quality of the hoodie is great, it’s so soft and she loves the image of our Bobby so much, thank you Lucy and Lola for such a wonderful gift, the wait was definitely worth it x

If you are an international customer, DO NOT buy from this company. To paint the picture, Lucy & Lola was advertised to me on Instagram so I placed on order, $170NZD for an embroidered hoodie and shipping. That is an insane amount of money, but I really wanted to get a personalised gift.

They were pretty quick at sending me the illustration to approve but then I was met with silence. They advertise the whole process taking 3 weeks, well after 5 I had heard nothing and reached out. I was told that my item had been made however it was waiting to be shipped and there would be delays, I was promised it would be sent within one week, it was not. I reach out again and within a few hours my package was shipped and I was provided with a tracking number. I will say they did offer and process a 25% refund into my bank account which I appreciated, but by this point the person who I bought the hoodie for birthday had already been and gone and after reading other international reviews I wasn’t even hopeful that I would receive the package.

Fast forward to today, it has officially been 7 weeks since I placed the order and my package has arrived.
The hoodie was literally stuffed into a courier bag, I have video proof of this, it was not wrapped in any form of other packaging and top it all off because it wasn’t wrapped before being put in the courier bag, the hoodie is DIRTY because the courier bag was damaged during international postage.

The embroidery is cute, but extremely small and the quality of the hoodie is the same as temu/shein. Terrible.

I understand that I paid extra because of conversion, but I am extremely disappointed as an international customer. $170 to wait 7 weeks for a dirty hoodie.

I have today received my new sweatshirt with my Rainbow Bridge piggies and I couldn't describe how much I love my portraits! It is so reassuring to have unlimited edits and big thanks to the team for patiently actioning all my edits ♥️. I have now had 7 piggy portraits made and they have all turned out so so well! They are very cleverly made using different thread types e.g. shiny or matte, they look just incredible! The sweatshirt itself is lovely too, so soft and a perfect fit.

The problem with everything being perfect is that it's "too good to wear" risking never wearing it for fear of damaging it! The solution to that is to buy another jumper to have as a spare, it worked for me ;-)

I totally recommend the cropped jumper style, especially to those who complain the unisex is too long. Cropped doesn't mean your belly is on show, it sits right at the hips and is just perfect! It would be nice to see some more colour choices for the cropped style. :)

When you receive your order you also get a discount to reuse your drawing on a new item, such a win win!!! I may have just placed a yet new order, not sure how that happened, eek!!!

Absolutely one of my most favourite purchases of 2026 so far - in truth, it probably will remain my fave for the foreseeable, as it’s got my beautiful girl on it! Such high quality that I’m already planning my next “to me” present

16-21 day timeline for dispatch/delivery is unrealistic, I am currently at week 5 and have only recieved half my order.

Communication is poor when an issue or delay arises - I had to chase to find out why my order was taking longer and still haven’t recieved half my order.

Despite being told they used ‘black’ thread my embroidery is brown black and white - my dog and the proof I approved are white and black and am now stuck with a bag that has embroidery of a strange looking dog not my actual dog - doesn’t feel very custom

Edit: order was placed on 24th of February and as of 1st March I still have not recieved my jumper or a timeline of when it will be dispatched.
My last email regarding the colours used for the bag embroidery and question about the jumper has not been answered.
It seems that since I have ‘complained’ about my embroidery and asked for this to be resolved the company has gone from quick customer service replies to silence.

The quality was amazing. Product was very lovely and brought a tear to my mums eye.

This was my second order in the space of 2 weeks.
I love the clothes and the attention to detail.

Lovely shop to order from. You get to pre approve your photo before it’s sewn up or printed. Excellent quality items and the stitched motif is excellent quality

A total treat, start to finish!

I ordered multiple items in one order, and each arrived pristine - the embroidery is obviously the star of the show, so detailed and even though it was the same image on each item, each piece looks unique in its own right. But a huge shout-out for quality of the products, as well - especially the fleece full zip and the quilted crossbody bag. I cannot get over how soft and well-made the fleece is!

Like many others, I found Lucy and Lola from instagram, but not for one second did 'I'm being scammed' cross my mind - I didn't need many changes on my design, so that process was fairly straightforward, but I did have a couple questions regarding processing time. I reached out to Customer Service, and Emily was so responsive, kind and approachable. She did a lot to allay any concerns before they even arose - don't be fooled by negative reviews!

That being said, I'd recommend when placing an order, as a customer, build in a slightly longer buffer for processing time for larger orders or multi-pet orders - just so you don't get antsy about the progress of your order. Mine was made within the 2-3 weeks suggested on the site, with an extra few days once it was handed over to the shipping team.

Again, I cannot stress how kind and responsive the the Customer Service team was. I hate being pesky about online orders and so it took a lot for me to reach out and all, but the warmth with which my queries were received added so much peace of mind to the whole process.

Already planning my next order - gifts with other pets on them, this time!

Never order from here. I live in Canada and I know it can take some time to get a package from the UK, but what's better than waiting over 2 months for your package? Never getting it at all!! The carrier sent my package to a return center instead of to me. Slow responses and customer service while trying to resolve my issues and get a refund. My whole experience was frustrating and I just ordered on Etsy instead.

The quality of the products I ordered are fantastic and one was a gift and the recipient was delighted.
My only comment would be to order in plenty of time if for a desired date as took longer than advertised to arrive.

Products good, but T-shirts I’d say slightly over sized.
Took over a week to get the first proof.
Once approved, great.
Missed out one item from delivery but emailed them and got sorted quickly. But now unfortunately the missing item has been sent to the wrong address.
Shame as great artwork.
